What is the rationale behind the battery being 51.2v? I have a 48v RXV. I figured I should get a 48v Li Battery. I am intrigued though, that green is sharp.

It’s the nominal voltage of the cells times the amount of cells to exceed the voltage and amp discharge required to operate the vehicle.

I have a 2017 RXV Fleet 48V. Have you had any issues with the regerative braking after installing the Lithium Battery?

I’m not going to use the charger receptacle, can I discard all the wires at the back of receptacle and just connect my charger to positive and negative terminals on battery

Fantastic video!! I am installing the same battery in my RXV. Question, I have a toggle switch that allows power to use my light whip, stereo etc…do I run this to 48V battery or to the 48-12 fuse box?

Run all accessory lines to your reducers 30amp lines... You can ground at the battery… if it makes sense or easier. Just don’t run em all directly to the bolt

A local Cart sales/repair business says that they won't do lithium conversions on EZGO RXV because they say the couple of extra volts that a Lithium puts out tends to burn out the controller on the RXV. Any thoughts? My cart is a 2012 RXV in excellent shape. The video is excellent!

How often do you see RXV's with the plastic trays like this?

I mostly see TXT, DS and Precedents right now. Maybe 1 out of 10 RXVs. I expect to see more Icons and other type Chinese carts moving forward.
