Reminded me of a rough stock rider back in day, and for the life of me, I I can't remember his name.
Anyway, he was a US Marshal Bounty Hunter.
The first time I knew this was when I parked my truck next to his outfit, and saw a guy on the other side, and became a little suspicious.
At first I thought he was taking leak, and paid little attention.
I knew it wasn't the cowpoke who owned the pick-up.
For some reason Johnny Morrison just came to mind on the name. This was back in the late 60s or early 70s. The RCA days.
Anyway, I had to walk around to the same side of my truck to grab my rigg'n bag, and saw that he wasn't piss'n, and asked what he was doing.
The fella told me to mind my business.
Well, I was up in the first perf of bare broncs, and told my friend he had some dude hang'n around his truck, and he said : good...I can't afford to lose this one.
He then explain his other job...US MARSHAL.
Had I been a little nosier I would have seen the that he was handcuffed, to a steel plate, below the the mirror bracket. In the hot sun.
