Growing up my best friend's Mom was an immigrant from Portugal. She was the most amazing cook. Her bread was different from yours. She taught her 2 daughters & 2 sons so many seafood recipes & I used to beg to join their 7 fishes dinners at Christmas. Best seafood I've ever had was at her table & it made me want to vacation on the beaches of Portugal as an adult. She has passed, but you have me saying prayers of gratitude that I was able to be blessed by her love & her cooking. She would be surprised how many people miss her. Thanks for today's recipe.

When I moved to Virginia from Cape Cod, I missed it so badly. Then one day at Kroger grocery store - there it was !!! Gaspar’s linguica from New Bedford Massachusetts!!!! I bought it all. Made kale soup for months 🤣🤣🤣. I applaud every aspect of the life you live. I really do. I couldn’t do it. 😩
Wow this looks and sounds so good! I've seen people use egg alternatives like water and ground flaxseed, mashed bananas or applesauce I think? Would you ever try that in this recipe?
Great I’m going to try when I’m in my tiny house shortly. I wanted to ask what do you recommend if you do t digest food is vegan better ?can I do this in a convection oven or a instant pot? I will not have a oven .

That works in a quick bread for it to rise but not in a yeast bread

Hi. I wouldn’t try it in an instant pot but a convection oven might work. Not sure though.
