At a time when EV sales are declining and second-hand values plummeting, Porche launch a product that is ridiculously more expensive that their ICE versions. Good luck with that strategy.

They have a wait list of tens of thousands and you literally can't get on the list at any Porsche dealership. All three of my local dealerships were charging $5,000 to get on the list and are no longer accepting new people as they don't anticipate clearing the current lists until 2026.

It’s more sales growth is slowing rather than declining at this moment. Tesla is not the only brand that sells EVs.
TBH though, I do hope the price comes down so I can afford one.
