I watch living traditions homestead too! I’m so happy to have found your channel. I love all the stuff you do. You’re clear, concise and have great video quality. I think you said you’re in the northeast, as I am, so I look forward to seeing some garden tips next year which will be more applicable to me in my climate than some other gardeners I watch, who I love, but are on the west coast. Keep up the excellent work. You’re one of my new favorites!
Thank you! Wow, I truly appreciate your kind words. I am not a professional. My camera people are my family when they aren't busy or simply a tripod. I am not a professional actor, so to read your words brings joy and validation to my work, thank you. Yes, I am in the cold New England, growing zone 6a. Hope to share more gardening next year.
Hello Luli 👋 Am growing Roma specifically for salsa this yr. will see...in the meantime I also have apples growing. So, if not enough tomato I will add apple to stretch the recipe.😉 I need one of those choppers!! Big time saver. 👍🏻
Very interesting. How would you use this salsa? I’m trying to think how I would use it with savory dishes. Pork seems like a good pairing. Other ideas for how to use it? Thank you.
I just have a couple of questions for you.....some recipes use pickling spices and fine sea salt and by the way I ordered that chopper....I have tendonitus so it will be very helpful in chopping.....I was wondering which is better or have you tried the pickling spices before instead of the other spices and does it matter about what kind of salt?
The chopper is great for those with aches and pains. As far as pickling spices, I don't like to use them as I don't want all of thisespices. I rather mix what I like
Definitely going to try this! I’ve got lots of apples on my trees! and this just sounds amazing

Observe it as an appetizer with chips, on the side of chilli, with chicken, eggs, and any other meat.

Where did u get that onion “dicer”?
My kids got it online a couple of years ago. I believe they got it from Amazon
Can you send me the smaller recipe amounts please and thank you🙂🍎
You would have to divide it yourself. All of my recipes are for a large batch, sorry
Do you have to use sugar
@@tammyunderwood5319 you could try, but most salsa has vinegar and sugar.
