A kid breaking into a prison becoming a convict themselves just to save his friend. That sentence really fits with the music rn.

This track always felt like an extension of Live and Learn.
Jun Senoue actually used Live and Learn as a motif in Mech stages and some speed stages.

I can't hear this song without Tails going "Okay!" every few seconds. Rockin' cover. SA2's soundtrack is one of the best things about that game.

Tails' levels in SA2 seriously were some of the most emotional in the entire game. I probably love them the most besides knuckles songs to this day.

Say what you want about the adventure games, love them or hate them, they had such kick ass soundtracks! Excellent rendition man, felt the absolute need to headbang at 2 AM \m/
To be honest almost none of the modern games hold a candle to the adventure games I think they had a awesome storyline and the music and the stages actually lasted more then 2 mins the only other ones that hold a candle are sonic mania, sonic generations and of course sonic 3 and knuckles
@@HellsDragonEmperor I absolutely agree, the adventure games had such diverse range of tracks, they never felt stale or boring to listen to. But in recent memory, yes, I think only Mania has an actual pretty cool soundtrack...!
