My master is Jongwa Choi. He learns from Kukkiwon and he is a great master! He has shown me and others discipline and control. Kukkiwon and taekwondo will always be my favorite

I had to deal with this belt test poomsae, 8 Jang......as I tried to get my dark blue belt. The forward down block + high backfist back block together , used twice in this sequence, is sometimes called "weshantil makki" by some taekwondo schools, and "mountain block" by other schools.

I took a break from practicing over 12 years ago and I am in my 30's young sir. I still remember all my forms soon you will get your 1st degree black belt son; just remember to practice perfect technique as practice makes permanent Anyunghaseyo sabonem 😊 🇬🇧
I bet you will! At first, it seems difficult, almost impossible... But, if you dissect the whole thing, just like does the video, and stick to it, one step at a time, one line at a time, you'll surely be able to memorize it all! But, let me know... Are you a BELT HOLDER now, right!?
Why is the backfist a singled hand move at the end? All blocks and strikes in TKD are taught two handed. I’m confused. Is the fundamentals wrong? Or is this just a new thing?
How are you supposed to kick someone with a apchagi to the face? It’s impossible.. the kicks make no sense at all. Play the kick in slomo and you will see that the kick stops at the torso.. unless someone is hovering in the air with his head first you have no chance of kicking someone’s face. I guess such a situation is rather seldom..
Is it serious!? I mean, even in MMA the Ap Chaguy directly to the face has made history! Three brazilian fighters are intrinsically involved in it: Anderson, SPIDER, Silva (who's a Taekwondo Belt Holder), Lyoto, THE DRAGON, Machida (who's a Shotokan Belt Holder) and Vitor Belfort (who, unfortunately, got his face kicked twice by the previous two mentioned fighters.
