2000 Shaq won the scoring title, MVP (one vote away from being the first unanimous MVP), was runner up for DPOY and in the finals he put up 38 points, 17 rebounds and 3 blocks on 60% shooting and obviously took home the FMVP. You had it 10. For me it's 1 🤣
Kobe 2002-2003 year should be up here. No one other than Wilt has ever got that hot. 9 straight 40 point games, 70 in 3 quarters and 81 points in the same season is insane
SINGLEHANDEDLY OUTSCORING THE ENTIRE MAVS TEAM IN 3 QUARTERS, 61-60! The same mavs team that that made it to the finals that season! I too cant believe kobe's season wasnt on here! Kobe was the undisputed no1 player of the 06 season.
Wilt season numbers are untouchable nobody will ever touch his scoring records. Even first year he played point center he averaged 24 24 and 8 on a whopping 68 percent shooting to get Philly 68 wins that season. Had triple double records which if they counted blocks he’d have way more triple doubles and would be in quadruple double category at top all alone.
You can tell that who made this list is no basketball expert. Shaq is too low, 96 isn't even in MJ's top 3 (individually), 1962 Wilt wasn't even MVP, and Curry is no way #2
Wilt averaging 50 in a season is right up there. Jordan winning scoring title, MVP abd DPTY is up there. Shaq in 2000 and Lebron's 2013 season are all up there. Honestly have to give it to Jordan. That's not doctrine, just my opinion
@@sammysam2615 it should be Shaq. Jordan had a great regular season but didn’t win. Shaq won the scoring title, he was MVP and one vote away from being the first unanimous MVP and was runner up for DPOY. That may not be as good as Jordan’s regular season in 88 but on top of that he also had maybe the greatest finals performance ever putting up 38 points 17 rebound and 3 blocks on 60% shooting and taking home the FMVP. That has to put him over the top.

exactly😂 once I saw he put it a #10, that’s how ik he ain’t know wtf he talking abt
Shaq was averaging 28 and 15 without free throws
agreed
Yeah, there's a lot of this on yt and reddit
Runner up for DPOY means it wasn't better than Hakeem season

his 81 pt game was in 06
@anujmehta8979 your right but point is all in one season
This list is immediately invalid when peak Bron and Shaq aren’t top 2-3
tim duncan 2003 should be in here
This
Stephen curry’s unanimous mvp season or course how could that not be there

Shaq should be higher at least number 4. Everyone who didn’t win in the finals should be lower. Rings matter.
Also, what about Kobe?
@@sdrice2007i thought he would be in here too
Rings matter as much as who your teammates are. You can take anyone on this list and put them on a subpar team and they won't win shit.
“Season” not playoffs
Jordan is the goat but I believe shaq in 2000 was a bit more dominant
I don’t like bron but no 2018 bron is kinda crazy he was dominant that year
91 definitely wasn't MJ's first MVP award
No Kobe is wild!
Jordan's first MVP came in 1988 not 1991.
1990/91 was his second MVP award
so how is shaq on 10th place😂😂😂
That hakeem quad was 1990. Lost mad credibility
fact
Hakeem had a quadruple double in 1990……
He also averaged 27.3 pts in 93-94
Sorry Shaq had the most dominant finals run no doubt
Wades leadership. Bron walks off the court thats leadership too

Great video. You should be was bigger then this
How do you leave out when Jordan average 41 in the finals?
It's based on the regular season not the finals.
