other tip: never cut with your nails facing he knife. The proximal/ medial phalanxes should face the knife. There is a tutorial on You Cook « les couteaux » and even though it’s in french you can see how to use the knife without danger and it’s very helpful!

I like the Blue Apron concept, and I’m looking to improve my eating. So I might actually consider it, since I love the satisfaction of cooking my own meals, but don’t really enjoy the gathering of ingredients and whatnot

What a great end to a disappointingly average day. Between Gibi and Glow uploading, relaxation is a given
Great recipe but if you fry garlic for more then 2 min. it gets bitter, it's best to put it in 2 min. before the frying is done.
My favourite part is when gibi trys to shake the pasta and it doesnt move 😂

Great vid! Tip. the garlic will cook very fast so is best to add it in right before the chalets are done cooking. the garlic should be translucent when cooked. It can get bitter when over cooked.

Gibi I've got a simple recipe :
- 2-3 eggs
- ham (how much you want)
- 1 cup of pasta (which you want)
- Cook the pasta
- When it's *ALMOST* done start cooking the ham on frying pan
- When noodles are cooked add them to the frying pan
- Add scrabled eggs and wait until it cooks
Just simple recipe! (Sorry for grammar, I can't speak English that much)

I made my own pasta today and it somehow got burnt????? It’s a work in progress.
Um you do realize you can't burn pasta unless its in the oven as a baked pasta recipe or if its left far far far too long in a fryin pan fryin it off with whatever....and salt makes the pasta not stick to the pot

Just a small tip for you future cooking endeavors: Don't use olive oil for frying. In fact, don't heat it at all. Not only does it change its taste, it also has a low burning point and you'll set off your smoke alarm. Instead, use olive oil for salads, and use canola or coconut oil for frying.

Gibi using a non cerated knife will be easier to cut vegetables and instead of pushing down using the whole blade to slice will be much easier , and keeping your knives clean and sharp are always essentials to makin lite work of most cutting tasks , i hope this helps
Tip for cutting garlic from Gordon Ramsay
Smash it with the palm of your hand and it chops itself. I’m not lying, there’s a Gordon Ramsay video about it
It doesn't matter how well you chop your veggies, everything's gonna end up blended together in the same place!! Side note, that little bottle of verjus blanc is grape juice, but squeezed from unripened grapes so you get that little acidic tang added in :)

I'm a chef, and a sincere tip is to add some coconut oil to your kale, so it gets easier to scrape down the trash can :)
