Atlas doing parkour stuff looks amazing. Definitely wins in my opinion. Just cover it with human-like body, attach some mechine guns or rocket launchers. Skynet would approve :).
Secured platforms, humans can adjust in all directions like t-hr3. However, the components in Atlas seem more durable and it looks rather expensive. I'm still boggled at how it took a three step bound up those platforms. Give home a concrete jungle and give him joints like t-hr3 and he'd be all over everything.

Future generations of robots will likely be more than just robots and as technology advances people will eventually interact with androids to make our lives easier.
