No issues. Throughout the pandemic, I always kept abreast with the latest from SA. It kept me well informed about travel tips and airline reviews. 2022 and in June I started travelling again. Kudos to both David and Felix for all the travel videos. .

Great flight. Ahh, remembering the past, before the virus incoming. Because Kenya and Ethiopia are neighbors country, looks like Kenya trying their opportunity to make their country as a hub, connecting Africa to the outside.
I flew Kenya Airways last month, JFK to JNB via NBO. Still trying their best but it feels like the airline has fallen on some harder times and is cutting corners, in particular, their dinner service is much smaller than what was pictured here. Food came in paper boxes (like the breakfast) instead of trays and it was a small chicken or steak main dish, bread, and a plastic-wrapped cake. No salads or appetizers. Other than that it’s pretty much as pictured here, not much has changed.

@@wordsmit1954 The point is to show a completely new aircraft with a (technically) new airline. The A350 of ITA is a product that nobody has shown (except a Business class trip report). The only info we got about the economy class is just a small clip from the Farnborough airshow and a youtube short of the IFE.
We are looking into it, but haven't yet found an affordable way to fly it. However, just the other day they switched the aircraft on the Rome to Tokyo route to the A350 and as I am planning to travel to Japan as soon as it reopens to indiviual tourists, I will certainly try my best to take a flight on ITA's new A350 there!
Hi Felix, strangely enough, the plane landed in NBO without strobes, landing lights or even navigational light. Was there any terrorist threat at the time ?
This is very different from the last Kenya Airways flight I was on...KQ104 Mombasa to LHR, daytime flight non-stop on an old "rust bucket" 707...the most boring laborious flight ever way back in January 1985

According to SG, Kenya have 18 of widths on their 787. So inn my opinion, I can say there is not excuse for make the 787 uncomfortable

I work at EHAM, they only use those overhead bridges on B777-300 and B747
No more 777 now… Hopefully they can use them for A350:s as well
