So happy to see this recipe. 😊 As for stuffing or dressing…my mother had this discussion when I was very young and I remember her talking about this very well! Looks good. We use dry beans and let them cook on simmer after they boil for a bit all day. And no tomato sauce. But hey yours look good. Always like to see how different cooks do different things.
