Excellent ! I hope you’ve been keeping your health tests a priority. Just a humble advice, for elite athletics Cardiac MRI is a must - just in case your primary physician hasn’t told you before. Please consider the same. Keep up the great work. All the best !
Amazing initiative fellas! I'm a long distance runner, will be moving to Gurgaon in 2025. Any suggestions for indoor pools to train? Also, pls share if you got any devices that you found useful to track treadmill runs, like Zwift running pod, etc. ik Garmin is great with gps and Sat-Nav; but I'm afraid to do anything outdoors in NCR, let alone run / cycle😂
- indoor pool: you can try unicosmos sector 55 - honestly for treadmill runs, I just use the treadmill stats and upload on Garmin or calibrate the treadmill run on Garmin. Don't need an additional device
This is amazing! Thanks to both of you for sharing your experience.
Glad to be of help!

How old are you ?
35. Why do you ask?
Taking up something on my own to go to a certain level at this age @@pranayk37
Good luck. Age has very little to do with it. There are 60 year olds who are doing Tri 70.3 in my group and are faster than me :)
