I play guitar, and court only used 1 POWER chord. On second fret E and fourth fret A. Then You go one down. Then You do 5th fret E and 7th fret a. Then You go one down. Only the strumming is right in this video

Plus there are other things going on with the strumming over muted strings. She's not playing it right

The chord is not 1-3-4. It’s a power chord 1-5-1. Her notes the diagrams are correct but not how she explains the intervals. Power chords are not really chords because they don’t have a 3rd to give it color. You can play tons of scales over them without messing up the tonality of the song.
