I've spent 8 months in my apartment, don't have any friends and the pandemic made things worse. I cough and burp due to asthma and gastro issues, so I'm terrified of being around others, just because I've been told things by people and kicked out of places so much in the past.
I'm so glad she even made it on the show

This is BDD. It’s a form of OCD. It’s real. I have it. I’m medicated, but I still rarely leave the house. The thought of people looking at me drives me literally insane. These Covid masks have helped greatly though.
May I ask what medication is helping you?
I'm on Zoloft and it helps me greatly.

I have my nails done like hers- but I do them myself. You can do your own acrylics nails, gel nails etc. There are thousands of stores online now a days...you can even have groceries shipped to you. Very easy for someone to survive with a mental health issue like hers where she cant/won't leave the house- and still survive. (Not needing to go anywhere, although I'm not sure how she makes money- but)

she is so beautiful . This has to be a spiritual thing and she needs deliverance. I say this because I’ve dealt with a similar problem but it all changed once I gave my life to Jesus.
If she is telling the truth, I hope she gets better. She's pretty, she has an amazing smile and seems to be a really good person, and those traits are what make a person likable.

This is body dysmorphia. Please ask your parents to help you find a therapist! If left untreated it can become much worse trust me I have it and it got so much worse untreated

This is called BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder). It is an OCD spectrum disorder and is VERY real. BDD is (to most people) unheard of. It is one of the most difficult mental illnesses to treat as it often involves anxiety, depression, isolation of the outside world, disordered eating behaviours, obsessive compulsive behaviours, and suicidal thoughts/actions. I was diagnosed with BDD at 17 years old and am still recovering now at 20 years old. This disorder is something I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. BDD robbed me of my teenage years and nearly lead me to take my life. I am in a much better place than I was but still healing. Please understand that BDD is a real mental illness and not something that should be taken lightly.

I think agoraphobia for, whatever reason, is not too uncommon.
My mother is the same way. She never got a license never left her parents house. I was basically raised by my grandparents.
I feel the same way sometimes because of what I watched from my mom but Ive learned to be able to force myself to do it and remind myself that literally no one is watching me and it's okay.
