Perez, I'm sorry its so shocking to hear that police knew since 2018, but the truth is - they've known for decades and not just about Diddy. The rot goes so profoundly deep.
That was exactly my thought. Why would someone expect the police to act, after all that we know about LA and it's scandals. Not that there aren't honest police in every police station, but the kind of abuse of power in Hollywood & our government is of a scope we hardly can fathom. What's the number of people arrested back in 2012 or so in that government corruption scandal in the NJ area? It was more than 10 - and that's not Hollywood or Washington DC...
And they just let him do more n more n more til 2024 his list must have 100's of people on it

I hope all the victims come forward.

For committing libel in California a lawyer can lose their license. Depending on the severity they can receive disciplinary actions up to disbarment. You can’t always blame the police for no action on a report. The do the leg work and present it to the DA. Hate to say it, but money can get the DA to not take it to trial! It’s not right, but it happens all the time. My mother is an attorney and I was her clerk to pay for college. In Oklahoma you can take your case to civil court and sue for damages. 99% of them are rewarded a monetary settlement. A lot of times the records are sealed.

But I will be watching the news when all evidence against him has been brought forward and he gets sentenced. And those victims get the justice they did deserved and were denied of for years.
I recently saw a small clip that's a few seconds long about this one guy getting executed by lethal injection. And it made me wonder why few states/prisons are still doing the lethal injections. What qualifies certain prisoners to die that way? How do they choose who gets it? Why are some still operating? etc.
