i can't wait to get mine this week! and ill let you know how it goes. i was gonna buy g12 dasaita but your video made me choose roadanvi. and yeah waiting for my new head unit roadanv!! so excited! thanks to you.
This looks great. Please update us in a few months how the unit holds up. I’ve been looking at the Daisaita units but apparently these Chinese units have pretty bad quality control and go bad after several months.
I bought an infotainment system wholesale that is compatible with my 2016 Scion iM, but it doesn't come with the panel portion around the screen. Is there a way I can purchase an aftermarket replacement panel that is compatible? How would I find that?
It looks like this model is no longer being sold by Roadanvi. Any tips for finding a similar system that will still allow you to change the built in car settings like the door lock settings?
Hey, if you don’t connect the mic, will it work with the factory one? I saw on some pages it says the calls won’t work if you don’t connect the new mic
@@davidcabrera3297 we didn’t install it and the performance is still ok but the kit came with the mic and you could install it but the calls are ok without installing it.
Hey Orange wires garage, curious on what I might be doing wrong with getting my gf Corolla reverse camera working with her stock one? Before changing her head unit the reverse camera was working. Thanks, and great content.
@markmaxim8606 I haven't, I message them back I'm thinking maybe there is another wiring harness I might need. I'll keep you posted and waiting to see if he replies back as well 🙂
I can't get wireless Carplay to work it stays in "Connecting please wait" what version of android and Zlink does your Unit have? (V5.4.42#6F5B4403C_WA my verison)
@@OrangeWiresGarage Mmm you show how you connected, but you never showed it really working, the video cuts in to an image of the head unit with Carplay, could you show it a complete video ?
I love that first thing he said was to unplug the negative terminal, shoutout to someone who actually knows what hes talking about
Thank you for sharing this video. I do own a 2015 Corolla S. You made it look so easy. Thank you and have a wonderful day.
Thanks for watching
Did you try this, Armando? I'm about to get this for my Toyota Corolla 2015 S.

Yes yes yes! Thank you! Quick and easy tutorial.

I sure would like something like that in my truck... nice work mike, you must have done a bunch of research on this unit
Wanted to find something that had CarPlay and also functioned and fit perfectly
this guy is the man!
What if you dropped the bolts in to never never land 😞
I love this radio!
It turned out really nice!
Great video. Thank you for your thorough explanation. Keep up the great work on the channel

Appreciate the detailed video!
I have 2019 Corolla so this one won't fit, you made it looks easy but for someone doesn't know car stuff is not easy at all
They make one for 2019 and up I just bought one for my 22 hatchback
Great video. Thank you ❤
Thanks for watching
Thanks, for this grate video, I have a Corolla 2018LE, and what about the economy fuel consumption, did this unit show it like the original one

Where did you put 4g antenna? And does the pre installed microphone work or do you have to use the one that comes with the head unit. Thanks
What is the name of the wiring harness you used?
The wiring harness is included with the head unit everything was included. Thanks for watching
It looks amazing but I’d have to pay someone to do it. I don’t trust mechanics not to scratch up everything and be careless
Do you have to put the mic in or do some corolla come with a mic per installed
How was connecting to the existing backup camera? Is it just connecting the yellow / composite video to the new unit?
It was plug and play the kit came with all the adapters needed

Can you share the link where you go this specific unit?
Did you already have a factory camera on the Corolla ?
Yes this Corolla already had the factory backup camera
How does it operate under winter cold climate?
Great video, any updated discount codes that work?
Anything on the 2017 to 2019 Corolla?
Hey, if you don’t connect the mic, will it work with the factory one? I saw on some pages it says the calls won’t work if you don’t connect the new mic
No but it has a built in mic the works well
@@OrangeWiresGarage So it’s not mandatory to install the cable mic to be able to make calls on the car?

@OrangeWiresGarage where can i get one for a 2019 toyota corolla????

Did you find a fix for this?!?
@markmaxim8606 I haven't, I message them back I'm thinking maybe there is another wiring harness I might need. I'll keep you posted and waiting to see if he replies back as well 🙂
Whats the name of the first adapt you said? Cam bust controller? Could I get it off Amazon?
This unit comes with everything you need to install it
Whats the name of the first little adapter though? Because the radio system I bought off eBay didn’t come with that. I have a 2016 Toyota Corolla S.
@ChampagneRocky it is the can-bus adapter
@@OrangeWiresGarage youre the best thank you!!
Thanks a bunch🤙🏻

Did you ever figure out CarPlay?
Do you have a link for 2019 toyota corolla?
Do the rudder controls work with this screen?
Thank you. Does this unit work with iPhone?
It sure does.
what is size is the 10mm socket
Did you have issues with the radio signal?
What brand is this
Does it fits a 2018 Corolla IM ?
Did you hook up the mic? Or is it fine without it?
We didn’t hook up the mic it is good without it
Does this work for the Toyota Corolla Hathback early 2018 (prior to the new model that has apple car play)
You would have to research it and see if they make one for it this one is specifically for a Tacoma
Does the backup camera system still work? After the setup
Yes it sure does
Hello,
How did you proceed to turn on CarPlay ?!
Check it out at 12:27
@@OrangeWiresGarage Mmm you show how you connected, but you never showed it really working, the video cuts in to an image of the head unit with Carplay, could you show it a complete video ?
I’m having same issue with mine. Apple CarPlay literally came on one time now I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get it on again
My wheel controls aren’t working
How hard was it to stuff all of those plugs back into there?
It wasn’t too bad there is a good amount of room in there but you have to hold your mouth right to snap in all those clips
How is it holding up now?
It works like the day we installed it! Thanks for the comment.
@@OrangeWiresGarageanother question, how are the wheel controls on it? Does it work?
@@OrangeWiresGarageplease and thank you 🙏
