Very good video - but I was sort of hoping that you would show how to actually render the tallow - how do you cook it in the pot? Do you add water?

Hi! We do not add water. I just slowly cook it in the stock pot until it is liquid and then pour it through a flour sack towel to get out any of the impurities.
