      Guru ji namaskar. I have query regarding Vajrasan. I started doing it from some months. I do it twice in a day. 20 min after lunch and 20 min after dinner. I feel my back portion are getting heavy basically buttock area from few months. Is it possible. Apart from this while doing stretching I do simple squats of 50 nos. In one go. Pls suggest what wrong I am doing that making my hip area heavy.

    Yog guru dheeraj ji namaskar, apka youtube channel mene 2 weeks pehle hi subscribe kiya hai.. Aur ussi din se daily mai yoga bhi kar rahi hu... Yoga mai last 2 months se kar rahi thi but as such koi results nahi dikh rahe they mere weight loss mai.. Achanak se youtube par apka video dekha and mene socha chalo ek baar ye bhi try kar lete hai... Apki yoga ki samajh aur bariki sach mai bahut achi hai aaj mujhe 2 weeks pure ho gaye hai and mene belly fat yoga se apna inch loss and 1.5 kg weight bhi loss kiya hai.. Mai pure dil se apko dhanywad dena chahti hu... Apki bahut hi achi baatei kafi motivation dete hai.. Jisse mujhe apne mind ko shant rakhne mai kafi fayda hua aur uska asar mere yoga session par bhi padne laga hai. Apki mai bahut bahut aabhari hu.
