I lost a reward too 😔 I used a reward for a bopis order and the item was cancelled. I was told by the store associate that I had to call customer service to get my reward back onto my account. When I called customer service I was told that under their policy they could not give me the reward back nor replace the item that was canceled, so essentially I lost the reward. The customer service rep recommended that I only use rewards in store to avoid this from happening again in the future. So I understood that if I use a reward for an online or bopis order, and the item is cancelled, then my reward is wasted and lost which is a bummer. So I only use them in store now.
I wanted to share with you that I ordered 2 bow candles at 3:30am at the beginning of candle day…I am on the west coast. They canceled those from my order very late after candle day was over and I called and they let me purchase the candle scent at the 9.95. I asked why I NEVER receive mailers or coupons even on my app…I have a ton of the 16.95 rewards… but never 10.00 off of 30.00 or 40.00. He was like oh so sorry I will send you a 20%off coupon to your email…I waited a week, then the Girl said oh He must have forgotten, I will send it now and it will take up to 24 hours…waited another week spoke to another Gentleman and He said it shows they sent it I can’t send you a new one but I can resend the email they sent…. Have never received anything. I never got anything, checked spam ect. I never received mailer everyone is showing about SAS! It’s really upsetting me! Sorry had to vent now that I know they told you they sent the 25.00 to your email and you never received. Anyone out there know who to talk to to receive mailers again? I’ve not moved, been in this house for 14 years. This is my first SAS…I am really excited! Hope everyone gets everything they’re going out to hunt for! ❤
