Same. Tbh if it comes with a lotion I’ll grab that. But if I only a body cream, I don’t bother unless I got a cup on specifically for a free body cream.
I use 1 scent at a time ..the set mist ,body cream ,shower gel... i use oldest to newest . That method tends to help me . When i buy a new scent i store it at the bottom of my cart so its automatically in the correct order . Also helps using 1 scent at a time i finish multiple products in 3weeks i can empty a mist i dont have that issue others have. Ill still get body creams the lotion consistency isnt as moisturizing
when I first started, my BBW collection. I was buying so much body creams because I didn’t even realize that they go bad within like two years. What I started to do is even if they’re a little bit bad, I use them as shaving cream and in shower moisturizer. Because I’m not keeping it on my body for an extended period of time and I’m rinsing it off. I usually find out it’s OK and I haven’t had any issues with it. Glad you got to Declutter some stuff, if you want to use up your body cream quickly I highly recommend trying it out!
You can try shaking it back together to redistribute the consistency. Though sometimes when it gets watery, the scent changes. It depends on the lotion if it still works or not.
Gourmands go bad faster. You can keep them in a cool place for longevity. I mostly buy body butter and yes not all scents are in body butter form. Lotions gets separated too
Thank you for making this video. I love the body creams. I'll make sure I don't keep them for longer than a year now. I wish I could use the lotions, but I have dry skin.
I'm so glad I have only 6 body creams to use, 2 of which are Tropidelic and Vanilla Romance which are new. I've been trying to use them up, now on to shower gels and lotions. Body mists are so hard for me to finish 😭😭
@@Mya247-i8v you can transfer them into mini spray bottles and take them with you when you go out, this way you would be able to use more of a mist and finish it up quicker.
I love BBW. I just wish they would put a seal on their Body Creams. Alot of this could be prevented if a seal was on there like Victoria secret. We wouldn't have to use it right away. So we could use up a product before we open another.
I live in a hot humid country, my bbw body creams get spoiled within 6 months 😢 i will never buy more than one or two creams at a time. Also i dont find them moisturizing enough and the smell as well as the texture goes bad pretty quickly. So no point of investing in them anymore.
Great declutter friend. I have only coco paradise body cream. I own Madagascar vanilla, a thousand wishes and pure wonder lotions. I don’t buy too much of lotions but own tons of body sprays. I wish they can reformulate the body cream so it can last longer than 12 months for us.
Great job with your body cream declutter.👍 I don't own many vanilla scented lotions but I find all of mine eventually go bad if I don't use them. I know you say to buy the lotions because they last longer so that is what I try to do now.😊❤
Don’t be scared because it will let you see not to buy so much body creams for future. For me I just have to do more often and I like to switch it up. I do get them for an affordable price to me.
But honestly, it prefer the body cream to the lotions/body butters. So i just now approach the situation accordingly lol. I am trying to not overbuy, and also understand that when I am buying a new one, it has a short shelf life. And it just is what it is 😅 So in the end, I still buy body creams on good sales/with free item coupons, almost exclusively. I can't help myself, what can I say 😂
I just declutter all my lotions n body creams from bb&w & VS… I only buy mist now … unless it’s a good lotion I kno I’ll b using up
I've started mostly just hoarding the body sprays and getting my favorites in the body cream and body washes.
Same. Tbh if it comes with a lotion I’ll grab that. But if I only a body cream, I don’t bother unless I got a cup on specifically for a free body cream.
@Mya247-i8v i have lotions in a couple scents and body creams i have maybe 10 but it's just not worth it.

I wish I could just use one scent and not get bored but I like to switch it around 🤷🏽♀️

I had to do a lot of body cream declutter....a lot of them went bad....how can you tell what year they came out?
@ There is a number on the top of the bottle at the back. the first number is the year it was made!
@ashlynlebel5128 ....okay, thank you lady....is there like 7 numbers and a alpha character?
Great video!💖💖💖💖
Thank you 🥰

Cynthia, I wish that Bath and Body Works would bring back Dream Bright 🔆 in the body care collection set.
So glad Iced Lemon Pc is still good! One of my faves friend!
I only buy lotions now and have 3 body creams which I will be using up shortly.
That’s good 👌🏽
I keep as many as I can fit in the veggie crisper in the fridge and the rest stay in the basement. so far nothing has gone bad even after almost 2 yrs

@@jazzj04 I have dry skin too, I mix m lotion with a body oil like coconut or jojoba..sometimes I'll do vaseline too.
@Janettoi thank you. I'll try that!
Thank you for watching ❤️ definitely try oils with your lotions 👌🏽
Hi! I'm dreading going through my stash in storage.... Tfs!

Yea I need advice on how to use up the full side mist! Lol

They will last if stored in a cool dark area. Not in a bathroom or any humid area. I’ve had many last for a few years with proper storage. Good luck!
I store them in my closet which is dark but probably not cool because I do use the heater in my home

I have to do this also but I'm so scared because of all the money I know I've wasted.

I threw out a body cream last week, but in it's defense it was 3 or 4 years old 😅 I couldn't even be mad. I'm sticking to the lotions
How long do the Victoria’s Secret and Pink creams last compared to Bath & Body Works lotions and creams?
The lotions will last you for years about 3 or more years. Body creams won’t last more than about a year and some only 6 months 😔
@what about Victoria’s Secret vs Bath & Body Works?
The first ever big declutter i had to do of my bad body creams was such a humbling experience 😅

Use your rancid body creams to wipe down woody furniture. It conditions and gives a good shine 😊
I totally just threw them out but maybe next time 👍🏽
