Are these shoes also suitable to wear to the gym? Like functional training? I would like to buy a pair of shoes that works for my long runs and gym workouts
Ugh... I put almost 500 miles on my 23's and "upgraded" to the 24. Not the same shoe AT ALL. After 3 weeks I got an injury - went back to my worn 23's to recover. 24's are now dog walking shoes.
the best advice for any up and coming youtuber is to invest in high quality audio--it would make the viewing experience much better

Never lift in running shoes, at least ones that you want to run in. It will ruin the midsole.
