@@kitdriscoll1288 yes! sweet potatoes and yams are amazing foods! They balance hormones with their naturally occurring progesterone and low estrogen count. So many cancers are estrogenic, and the progesterone helps to balance it out, and unfortunately most other foods that have similar quantities of progesterone are higher in estrogen and estrogenic effects. You might have already known all of this, but now it’s here for others to read as well. 😀
