Brett Favre is in Madden 09. Required a cheat code since he was 99. The game allowed you to play as legends and Favre was so damn op. It was criminal how good he is. Better than 04 Vick.

I loved Madden 06 it had the vision and the career mode came out! The old days!!
I hated the vision when it came out. But looking back, it was a realistic addition that they never should’ve gotten rid of

In 98 there was a cheat. Play as Favre with a shotgun formation and run with Favre. You could pretty easily get a rushing TD from the 10 yard line EVER.SINGLE.TIME!

I have no idea where, but I seem to remember Favre talking about it, and basically saying it was nonsense. But cover athletes are typically over powered - this was just taking it to the extreme.

Hey, i know Brett Farve isn't on the actual roster in madden 2008, but man i almost thought he was in the historic rosters, idk if they have that in the 360 games but the old ps2 (which i literally bought today, idk why i did) have it and they don't even have the actual players. Thats when they really started focusing on the next gen eh haha
