In today's video we lower my 2 door with a nice kit from belltech.
This video will be handy for anyone that wanting to see what the kit looks like installed.

Remove a leaf spring from the rear and flip the keys upside down, I got the same results same height as you and dint cost me a dime

Just got me a Yukon gt saw your video and I will be getting this kit, looks freaking clean. My truck cam lifted so I’m working on getting back to stock height don’t like the lifted look

Nice. Im doing a 454 swap with the same 4l60e to keep 4x4 capabilities and keep cost down. Only problem i have at the moment is the oil pan is slammed on the front differential and makes the motor sit sideways by about an inch inch and a half. Not sure what i should do at this point but i want to just take a grinder to the diff for that clearance lol
I went 4l80e in my 2 door. And kept all my 4x4 stuff in tact. Videos/playlist is on my channel. 454 swap I'd assume you'd have to get a different oil pan
@@YLegalRacing if putting some spacers to lower the front differential doesn't work I'm going to have to go with a different oil pan. I was chatting with my dad about it a couple weeks ago and we came up with that idea along with a different pan but I am on a limited budget at the moment so I'm going to try spacers first. I'm definitely going to check out the videos though because a 4l80 would be tremendously better for me. Thanks for the recommendation and videos!

Sick stance. When you put it on the rack, did you adjust the camber, or was that just where it sat after the install? If i search Beltech with the Kit it comes up but doesn't match up with the later 2 doors. Just the 92-94 blazer Lol... makes no sense... The individual parts break down for up to a 99 tahoe... except the leafs show 2wd dr only up to 99. Im glad you show that it's the right kit Beltech's site is all messed up!!! If no one had a bit of a clue about these trucks,they'd be lost if they use the lookup tool. Cheers man!

Same shackles, just the leafs were changed

I rub right now and need to go down to a 28" tire
Got a question for you... got me a 96 Yukon gt but it has a dropped diff because of the lift it has and I'm guessing body lift at the torsion bars. If I remove the torsion "lift" and get stock shackles could I still get this lowering kit even with the diff dropped? I know I cant lift the diff back to stock but this drop seems like it ain't too low for the diff...
You can put the diff back in the same spot as factory
Even tho they cut to drop the diff? Took it to a shop to ask and they told it was cut to drop it and couldn't back to stock position...

Bro with the big factory tire that's are 31" tall it rubs in the front. I need to go to a 28" tire then I'll be able to enjoy it alot more. I'm riding on 2018 take offs so keep that in mind

You should look into tossing a rear sway bar on it from a 4 door tahoe or suburban. It's real easy to toss on and handles better(my butt said so on my 2wd 2dr).
Does that all change if u are 4x4?

@YLegalRacing traction bars are front to back while sway bars are side to side feel(cornering) or am I wrong? You could do both.
@96tahoe2dr4 it shouldn't, as far as I know the rear on 4x4/2x4 is the same layout.

Yes, I replaced the keys with the shocks at the same time

Yes, front is 1-3" option of lowering with the keys and rear is 3.5."

Fits great, little stiff in the back. Run shorter tires, like 28" tall tires. I'm running 31" because these wheels came off a newer Denali. So I rub a bit over bumps
