      It's a professional tool with much more performance than your dad's soldering iron. That said the Chinese make very powerful hot air stations for 1/10 the price you just need to know where to shop for them. If you're a pro, perhaps you want the stability of a professional company like jbc vs endless Chinese models that keep changing and knockoffs of knockoffs that might not be dependable for 15+ years like you might expect in a business. I wouldn't buy it to support my hobby but I guess there is a place for everything

      @cursedfox4942 It has heat control, fan control, sensors as soon as you put it down it goes on standby mode so it will cool and as soon as you pick it up from the station it heats up super fast. A bunch of different attachemnt and unlimited replacemnt parts. A lifetime of warranty and support. We actually use JBC equipment in my Electronics and Communications certifacate training. They are so easy to work with.

      @@OnePunchHeizou do you change chips on new products very often? I've did this only once, because lightning burned out the network controller on my satelite dvr, and warranty doesn't covered it. @@TheNefastor I wouldn't expect there to ever be enough force applied to bend all the leads, but they aren't heating all the leads up equally at once, there has to be a last lead and that would be the one that could bend and be damaged if the board itself isn't damaged

    Seems like there is risk of pulling a pad... if you work on one or a similar sized chip constantly this kind of makes sense, if not then i think youd rarely pull this out.

    • @JBCSolderingTools
      @JBCSolderingTools  2 роки тому +5

      Hi UrTruth! The extractor has been designed in order to have strength enough to lift the component, but not enough to damage a pad. Since it has an accurate balance, the component will be just lifted up when all the solder pins are reflowed, guaranteeing a minimum mechanical and thermal stress.
      The protector is used to avoid heating surrounding components, so different sizes will be need according to the component. If you consider no protection is needed, you can use just a tripod to desolder several different component sizes with just one tool.

      Hi! We are catching up with our comments, but as any hand soldering/rework operation. The parameters (temperature of the Hot Air, ext TC Temperature, and Air Flow), should be adjusted to assure a good extraction without damaging the board. Also, our JTSE delivers a more uniform result if you compare with a manual desoldering technique resulting in a better quality and time saving.
      We create tools to help reach optimization in quality and time, so ripping pads or damaging the board is not one of our goals.

    Блин, вот заморочились😮
    Я данные чипы снимаю на объектах обычным паяльником , пройдя аккуратно по периметру сплавом Розе ( темп плавления 94гр) или сплавом Вуда( t~50°) растягивая каплю по всем ножкам со всех сторон. Потом паяльником делаю несколько быстрых проходов по всем ножкам и пинцетом аккуратно поддеваю с угла и переворачиваю микросхему на пузо и вуаля.
    Если необходимо использовать ее же и потом запаять на место , например после программирования, грею чип феном на 150-200гр и баллончиком с сжатым воздухом сбиваю сплав Розе с ножек и ставлю обратно на плату . Запаиваю , тоже обычным паяльником с большим количеством флюса , просто пройдясь по ножкам. Далее промывка и визуализация через часовую лупу.
    Работаю обычным наладчиком на лифтах 😊

      @@andyandy7968 да ладно тебе. Главное помни - когда лифт падает бесполезно пытаться поймать момент что-бы прыгнуть , дабы не разбиться. Лучше - ляжь, ибо от болевого шока который ты не почувствуешь, ты просто упадешь сначала в обморок, а потом отключишься из-за полученных травм, но это уже будет тебе неведомо))

      HI! We are catching up with our comments, but as any hand soldering/rework operation. The parameters (temperature of the Hot Air, ext TC Temperature, and Air Flow), should be adjusted in order to assure a good extraction without damaging the board. Also, we create tools to help reach optimization in quality and in time, so ripping pads is not one of our goals.
