I fallowed a tight dirt road one time in a nissan mini truck with a six pac shell. hoping to find a turn around place. We went for hours up and up and up, then it just stopped! It took half the day with passengers behind me, guiding my every inch back. It was over 10 miles, till I was able to inch by inch turn around. I was happy to be back down. Man, that was 1986! Time flies!
I try not to get into situations like that. The longest I believe I have ever had to back down was maybe 1/4 mile. Sounds like you probably had a sore neck after your backwards trip... Yes time flies...
Just curious if you were traveling North or South on Desert Creek Rd? At the end of the video, did you exit onto Hwy 338 at the Northern or Southern entrance? Thanks. Looks like some excellent camping.
@@mobiltec Thank you. I watched your other video after I commented. It seems like the Northern part is rougher and the Southern entrance maybe slightly better to a point?

Looks like a great place for exploring.
I agree! That was one very sweet campsite beside the creek. Be careful! Those cows were watching you very closely.
What if a cow made burgers out of a man?
Thanx for taking us along, been to long since I've done the same...
Catching up on our videos after our time offline, Larry. Loving the atmospheric footage of your countryside! Loving your dog playing in the stream.
Man you are waaaaay out there! & with no phone? is the ham radio in there?
I always have my ham radio with me. Hey I was doing this before cell phones were invented.. LOL.. How did we ever live through it?

In this video I exited on the southern road on to 338. Check out my latest video on Desert Creek.

@@cam-bo11 Yep the southern route in is the flatest and easiest. I'd say anything can make it in that way.
@@mobiltec Thanks very much.
