Too great! The hundreds of hours I've enjoyed with Monty Python and this brings back the memories with crystal clarity. Thanks much for putting this up. Thoroughly pleased!
I missed it all too. Didn’t even know who they were, although I saw Palen’s travels , and more recently Faulty Towers. So now I have a good time finding their silliness. Love it.
I was lucky enough to get tickets for that 1st night at the o2. I was suffering from a bout of vertigo (BPPV) at the time and funnily enough, the only time it didn’t affect me was when I’d had a drink or five. Me, my brother and our best friend got the megabus from the midlands at about 6:30am, we met our other brother down there spent all afternoon in the pub and by the time I got to the o2, I was a bit pissed. Our seats were up in the Gods, (not ideal for a vertigo sufferer), and I couldn’t see a lot, but heard every word and had a great time. Stephen Fry was the special guest. It was a great night. Got the megabus home and got back to the midlands about 4am. I was hungover and very tired. I slept for about 18 hours afterwards. 😂😂
I have no words for how much Monty Python hits my sense of humour all the time. And it's so fittable in most of or maybe all life situations too. Thanks to the Pythons for giving us all so much :)
I like this documentation, very interesting (i found myself doing a silly walk into the bathroom) i love their sketches (i'm 16 and watching these on youtube) my favorite is the spam sketch. The skits even gives me an idea for "made-for-youtube" sketch comedy
That's more of Michael on the set of Remember Me than I've seen anywhere else :) Terry G swerving into opera direction was great too. Poor Eric doing all the work putting the show together while everyone else went off doing whatever LOL. Now I just have to wait for the reunion Blu-Ray to come out so I can see it.
well said about the daily mail and their lack of humour John Cleese , due to my age i was unable to see Python live . at least i got a chance to this time in my local cinema .
I think the main reason why they did this was because of Terry Jones’ health at the time. It wasn’t said but even here you could tell he was not in good health.
I'm rather glad Python was sued by that old producer (if it is true) because without that, there may have been no reunion. Cheers to the producer I say :)
I think this ( final ) reunion was a mistake. It was all quite flat, didn't really work out. They should have left us with the good memories of when they were younger and could do it much better.

please clue me in, what's the name of the song eric sings at the end?
The melody is from the instrumental bit in the middle of the 'galaxy song' from meaning of life, looks like Eric has added some lyrics to it,lovely song
Oh yes. As a former "Goons" enthusiast and madman, I've certainly enjoyed (repeatedly!) viewing the original Python performances from all those yesteryears ago. And it seems that there is indeed still a demand for LIVE repeats - maybe the sentimentality wave raging for many years now around former figures from the pop music field or circus, whatever it's currently termed .... who knows? However, I've gained the impression, be it fair or unfair, that one of the Python figures in particular wishes to bask further in the limelight, no matter how. Of course this is his right, if he wishes and it succeeds, why shouldn't he? I readily mention that this is of course MY PERSONAL sentiment and thus, I speak here for myself. The figure meant is John Cleese and I mention this because he appears to grasp simply any opportunity to appear as well as to draw attention to himself. This continuation ranges from some apparently spectator popular but - in my view - rather unfunny interviews to the printed expression of several of his personal political and social views and actions. Personally I find this character imposition quite overbearing in that I feel he seems to think he can conduct himself in any way he wishes, as long as (he thinks) he's being heeded to. For my understanding of popularity processes, interest in Mr. Cleese, at least in the very significant indicator YOU TUBE, seeems to be happily waning. As already said, his right. But my natural reaction is as here laid out. Regards, Horatio Nelson.
Lex Dunn My country? I don't have one. I'm a man of the world, and what a sorry world it is! I like Halifax, though. If you weren't there, I'd probably like to live there.
Lex Dunn If he's already as far from you as possible, wouldn't he actually be getting closer to you if he were to take his ageism to any other place? Why would you want him to get closer to you?
0:57 oh my fucking god my heart
I love the Pythons so much. Eric's song at the end made me tear up.
this gives me chills. i actually heard them first on fm radio when that was new. then watched them on tv everytime they were on. great!

I luckily saw them live on the 5th, 30yrs of waiting, for me, and well worth every year.
I missed it all too. Didn’t even know who they were, although I saw Palen’s travels , and more recently Faulty Towers. So now I have a good time finding their silliness. Love it.
I will happily wait until the are in their 90's for the next tour.

I loved them as a teenager and I´ll still do. I´ll love them forever!!! And I have a huge crush on Michael Palin. :-)
I was there 10 years ago and it was magic!
Those brilliant bastards...
Λαυρέντιος Ψαροκάηκας Indeed, sir!
Nice documentation. However, beware of 35:17, it scared me to death.
I wish i'd seen this comment before, i thought my heart was going to explode.
its like the Slenderman sound
That's a loud, digital distortion, which sounds awful.
@@Ratelzwatel No one expects the loud, digital distortion, which sounds awful.
Bloody hell! Eric's got the Knights That Say Ni action figure. Not fair, it's the only one I don't have!
Thanks for sharing this. I missed seeing it.
😂😂😂 the hidden messages in the choreography is so brilliant 👏 😂
Thanks so much for sharing! Quite enjoyable!...and just when I was thinking of ending it all...
Every Saturday night on PBS id watch Monty Python.
The greatest. Ever
I love how the only reason they really did the show was for money lol. Typically python
The dream that was Camelot!
Damn, life is short
Graham Chapman looks like Jeff Goldblum @1.03.43 haha XD

"What?"
"What?"
.........,
"What?"
(My funniest Terry Gilliam memory.)
Life imitates art @ 1:42 "HE SPEAKS NORWEGIAN"
he speaks norwegian. HA!
the Møøse once bit my sister
well said about the daily mail and their lack of humour John Cleese , due to my age i was unable to see Python live . at least i got a chance to this time in my local cinema .
Excellent !!!
its funny how well they kept their faces xD
I am an individual!!
Michael Palin has aged the least, I'd say.
+Graham Taylor .. and Graham Chapman. Him being dead and all..!

Life is a terrible joke a lark :D
You can see Terry's really losing his mind here. So sad. :(
Oh Graham, could u stop haunting in this video? Thank u.
Really great... What is the title of that song Eric sings at the end?
I wonder how much the decision to reunite was driven by Terry J's health issues. :(
8:16.........Never knew that John was a lefty......interesting........
Why is the audio so horrible? Genuinely curious
watching graham norton introduce them reminded me of how often Michael palin had made fun of that type of presenter in sketches like blackmail.
Mawntee Pietthaan.

Could it be a song of Eric's?
" ... when all's said and done, say no more."
Nudge, nudge! Wink, wink!
It's very Eric-like, but has it ever been released?
The melody is from the instrumental bit in the middle of the 'galaxy song' from meaning of life, looks like Eric has added some lyrics to it,lovely song
thank you for answering!
On Twitter, he said that it's called 'Say No More'.
Beep beep

There's nothing sadder than trying to recapture what can never be - move on, boys
It was too overblown and there was no new material really.
One of the most depressing programs I have ever seen.
Take your ageism somewhere else.
Lex Dunn
All right. Where do you live?
As faraway from you as possible. No wonder your country is famous for trolls.
Lex Dunn

Robbie is awestruck and wants a selfie. Marvellous
