Tbh, I talk to myself all the time and end up having full on rant conversations with myself. Someone who doesn't know me well and becomes victim to eavesdropping on a conversation might think I'm crazy, but I just don't have anyone I'm that comfortable to talk to, and I wanna vent or I wanna react or I wanna talk talk in detail about some event. I'll kinda just start describing the situation out loud so that I can hear it out loud. Things become a lot different when you vocalize them than when we just think about them. I basically just do that and then react to my thoughts on it. And yes, if I think I'm alone, I will do it loudly. I will whisper otherwise as a consideration to those around me.

Try to speak with your soul, sometimes. In my experience there are beings on the subtle planes and higher. I often speak with them to resolve relations with them, but I am not able to do it clearly. I know few clairvoyant people who can, thou.

I also met a possessed girl who I lived with to help her. Welp, I wasn't really able to help her in the end... But the things I experienced while with her and while lucid dreaming were enough information for me to expand my mental horizon more than tenfold.

is it okay that i kinda annoyed by it? my neighboor has it, he always go in and out his house he has very loud gate every midnight to laugh by himself very loud sometimes 7-12x aprox, i notice he never sleep at night and i always see him awake midday, i actually feel bad but man me being his neighboors, honestly im not having a great time. I have to sleep early to avoid it and sometimes awoken by him swinging his loud gate and laughter, makes me want to yell but i realized he is ill and probably won't change. Maybe i should move out? 😂

It is. My bio mother has it and has had one partner leave because of it and another abuse her, plus her mother cut her off and she's had three kids (myself included) taken off her or given up. It's awful :( That said, I have an amazing adoptive family and live with one of my bio siblings but I do feel sorry for her.

She's had a couple decades where her functionality was limited and she couldn't work or be a great mother. But now she's more stabilized. But the damage is sort of done as her paranoia got her to believe some wild conspiracy theories and that's damaged our relationship. My sister got some genetics from her and after some stresses in college had her life flipped upside down by schizophrenic episodes that almost took her life. It's been years and she hasn't gotten treatment because of her paranoia. My other sisters are barely adults and it's too hard to tell since my parents caused me to leave home early and limit contact. I've not had anything like the women in my family, but I have a serious disposition to depression which I've gotten a handle on to some degree as I grew to understand it.

I know when I'm off of my meds or my meds aren't working, I see and hear things that aren't there. And even though I know it's not real, it's still scary. For a lot of other people, paranoia is a big part of it, sometimes even on their meds. Then there's the cognitive part where your brain just doesn't work like it used to. It's like my brain is trying to run full speed in 3 feet of mud trying to understand things sometimes.
As someone who have 3 imaginary friends, they don’t usually come out like that and also, you don’t talk to them with your voice. The conversation often going in and out in your mind, especially during stressful situations

I was half-expecting to feel offended, but you managed to make me laugh and even cheered me up quite a bit. I'm still scared of what the doctor's verdict will be, but relieved channels like this will be around to help me feel better on awful days
