Thanks for this comparison. Looking at putting a budget rig for a family member!
I have the 1650 super for 2 years and I really can't complain, together with 16gb of ram and an i3 10100, obviously to play only full hd it's perfect
Did u notice any performance improvement with nvidia's claimed new driver?
@@tanmay5570 For now I don't see any change, but honestly I'm not playing much either, but recently I passed the god of war in high quality and it was stable at 60 fps
@@aleg2012 4Gb VRAM is a bit low nowadays
still using gigabyte 1650s 4gb. the best card for me
Upgraded from the RX570 to the RX6600 (non XT), I practically doubled my FPS while consuming 40W less, RDNA2 is pretty efficient.
aguanteeeee la rx6600
Question since I am limited to a 6 Pin psu power connector. If the 6600 consumes less energy than the 570, why does it require an 8 pin psu power connector then? Trying to find a noteworthy upgrade for my RX 570 too. Ty

AMD used to have less control over what AIBs did with their cards, that's why we see RX570 with 1*6 pin, 1*8 pin, or more and that was depending on what the AIB partner wanted to do with it.
Now they have standardized and streamlined their lineup and have tighter control over AIBs, that's why we don't see crazy Overclocking cards like they used to be, and that's why they all have the same amount of PCI-E PSU pins.
Anyways I would advise you a PSU upgrade just to be safe side, as older PSUs can't keep up with modern GPUs (modern GPUs demand cleaner power signal and have sudden power spikes that can cause problems with older PSUs).
Sorry for the loooong reply 😅. Stay safe!
@@blackhorseteck8381 hey mate, I actually appreciate the loooong reply (your words) :D I like having a bit more info at hand tbh. Thank you! That said, to me it looks like they're just trying to force ppl to upgrade their psu's again. That's basically how the pc market works nowadays, understandably but also sadly. I actually still refuse to buy a new psu for a gaming capable gpu with higher wattage, because it's insane how power hungry modern flagship gpu's have become (500-1k watts), so I'll just stick to a max of 150W for any future upgrade. I found about three graphic cards that would fit my use case, one of them is the RTX A2000, which is similar to a 3050 / 3060 in terms of performance, but only consumes max 75W under full load. The other would be a 6-pin 3050, but that one is a bit tricky to find it seems. These will cost me a bit more upfront for sure, but they will also save me a couple of bucks in the long run after considering how energy prices have skyrocketed in recent years. I want to keep my system under 300 watts at full load. SAVE THE WHALES!

Great to see a green gamer :)
The RX6600 actually consumes less than the RTX 3050 (not 3060 I mean 3050) :D
Both my 6600s consumed 100W tops, with averages of 80-90W
Now I have replaced them with 2 RX 6700XTs and after an undervolt I consume about 135-140W max while almost doubling the performance of the RTX 3050 which consumes roughly the same. AMD pulled a W with RDNA2 power consumption wise. Hope this helps you decide, keep gaming 🖥️🎮
how rx 6500 xt has lower power usage?
very satisfy with my rx 6500 xt
how many years sall you use it?
@@elhombregrisoficial2050 as long as she can take it
@@maxwellalvesdesousa5153 youre so romantic dude jajajaja
I'm aiming to buy it as well. It's a great card for the price if you are not into video editing and stuff like that. And the 1650s is not even available in the market. Rx 570 is double the price of 6500 xt in my country.
what even is the point of the Rx 5500xt? it's not even better than an 1650 super that is a few years old already...
I got this card 70 bucks I’m so happy I finally upgraded my Gtx 750 ti.
GTX 1650 Super dont get much boost in fps when overclock up to 120w
is it worth to upgrade to gtx 1650 from rx 570 8gb ?
no lol, at the very least, 2060 or rx 6600
Video games make so much progress last few years, but hardware, 2022 hardware beat 2012 with x20 score, even 2018 cards now feel like low end, and cards a weak spot of new PCs, memory system, CPU, OS, Cloud Services, motherboards - all parts of gaming PC progress like always with high speed
It's really sad we had only few good (in engineering) games since 2018
Really wanna see Kingdom Come 2 and GTA Vl just for see something something not like UE5 in non-hands lazy programmers from Unity courses
I think the Rx 6500 xt is still behind its performance. This is probably a software defect. Amd will improve the performance of the rx 6500 xt with updates. It was strange that the rx 580 exceeded the rx 6500 xt, especially in the RE8. The rx 6500 xt is the equivalent of the gtx 1660, not the gtx 1650 super.
Где intel arc 750-770?????
Not released yet. It releases in north america october 12.
what to buy rx 580 8gb or 1650 super??
I would buy 1650 Super, less temparature and power cons..
