I am going to stick with you because of your education experience expertise so even though I am 66 and haven’t been in great shape for a while, actually quite a while, I think I have finally found someone I can follow along with and believe in. I see one thing I’m going to have to invest in is a decent workout mat. I got rug burns on my elbows pretty quick. One thing I was wondering about is if you have done any videos using resistance bands? I recently got a couple of sets and was hoping you had some videos on those. I also picked up an ab wheel and I saw your video on the mistakes, but I’m still not sure I’m doing it perfectly correct yet. It’s the starting point that I feel the most unsure of. I have been checking out some of your other videos and so far I really like them I like your enthusiasm but I think the thing that drew me the most to watching you and following along is your education and experience. Thank you very much for what you were doing here.
I can testify that Jeff's workouts with coppeld with a nutritious diet. Workouts are much more challenging you might get tired quickly and struggle. But slowly and surely you'll see your body take shape. You won't see results immediately but with patience you get there.
Every time I search for anything exercise related I find Jeff as the 1st result. I came from an abs workout video by jeff because the oblique exercise wasn't working for me to find a top 10 oblique exercises video by jeff. Its like having a personal trainer!

holy smokes, I was NOT doing my oblique's right for almost 3 months now lol... Cause they have never felt like this, Ive never actually had them feel so worked. I need to work on the mind muscle conn. too I think this was great for new movements I needed to try. Im pretty excited lol, now hopefully I can see some real improvement.
Tip: Pair the side crunches (stretch) with the “elbow to knee” movement (flexed). Why? Because it’ll exhaust the muscle’s full contractile range. Tip: when performing anti-rotation press-outs (see 6:26) if you want maximal tension at the top, pull the cable from side-on, not behind you. If you want maximal tension when the obliques are flexed, then have the cable position more like how Jeff has it. You can manipulate the exercise by the direction/angle of the cable
