Just nothing to improve on which state has money and which state has none. Just nothing, no state banks. The most relaxed country in the world, no need to have state banks, no book keeping needed, accountants graduated, all retired. Only when you have some book keeping to do, call on the graduates that there is 1 state bank to do book keeping in malaysia, if accountants are needed. When there is no book keeping to do, just say there is no state banks named under a state to do debit and credit under a state name in malaysia, and without Business Accounting 1 and Business Accounting 2, no book keeping is needed in every state. Audit nothing, Balance nothing, P&L on state bank also nothing, unless i see a state bank labelled under the state name storing GST and taxes in malaysia, just dream, it will take a long time to see a bank under a state name in malaysia, maybe it will not sprout out as any state bank, but Ah Loong or cetiah business for benefits instead replacing state banks in every state maybe. Different country, different laws, unless change is seen.Change has to be made to make malaysia look like a country with state banks and LCCI book keeping possible, not a cetiah country
