Thank you for taking us to this historical restaurant and courtyard in New Orleans. Food looks good and beautiful there! L16 Best regards from Las Vegas 😎👍
I love finding historical restaurants like this one. Very cool history here. It is amazing that so many powerful people lived on Governor's Row. This courtyard looks like a beautiful place to enjoy a delicious dinner - especially after dark when all those lights are hanging from the trees. Glad to hear the food was as good as it looked. Thanks for sharing dinner with us!
The "Court of Two Sisters" is a wonderful and historical restaurant and we loved your experience there, Terri and Keith. The food looked wonderful and eating out on the patio in the evening, divine. As always Terri you had me at the gumbo! 🤣🤣 Both entree's looked wonderful too! Since you ask, (pinned) we have eaten there before. It was during the day, but wasn't buffet. At least ours wasn't. This was back in 1997 though and we were there to see the Packers in the Super Bowl. The food was excellent as was our experience. You told us more about the history of it than I knew though. Loved dining with you both.
Thanks for the memories. I once worked as a waiter here. I only wish you could have filmed the pirogues/deli boats when they were filled with food. But, I know that's a brunch thing. Ps. They serve great barbecue meatballs as well. And if I remember correctly, will mail individual recipes, of requested with a return stamped envelope. But, might wanna just get the cookbook. It's probably in there. Well, later, later. And Greetings from Cajunland South Louisiana ❤
I took a trip to New Orleans many years ago I'm afraid to say it wasn't a good one and I'm not sure I would go back. I do remember hearing about the Two Sisters, but I don't think we went there. It does look really pretty and the food sounded great. Maybe one day I'll go back and have a better experience. Thank you for sharing!
@katec4096 we did not have a buffet choice because we were part of a group so we just had a limited menu to choose from for our group. The actual buffet wasn’t set up so I believe others ordered from a menu as well although their menu had more choices than ours I believe.
Have you eaten at The Court of Two Sisters? How was your experience?
Yes! And it was great!
We loved it too! 😊
c'est belle!

That looks nice. I only spent a few hours there years ago and it's ok, but really not my cup of tea. But again, I was only there a few hours. Buzz

I believe brunch is an unlimited buffet but dinner is only a menu choice. Is there a buffet choice?

The main secret to the meatballs, was Kraft barbecue sauce, brown sugar, and one Heineken beer. Plus seasoning and sauteed onions. Delish
Making our mouths water 🤤
