What size is the gasket on the exhaust pipe did you use?.. ive had mine on for a while now and was fine untill the exhaust paste started to come off now just sounds too loud

Sorry, I don't remember. Try tightening the clamp down onto the head more.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I bought that one on ebay. It was quite some time ago now, so I'm not able to help any more.

I was thinking what did you do with the spacer in your exhaust system pack wasn’t it needed and also the application exhaust assembly paste wasn’t mentioned or shown with the pack you bought on eBay or when to use it during installing exhaust system!? Sorry to be a nitpicking curious is all as to whether the spacer was needed or is it an optional spare part? Thanks by the way really enjoyed the video and liked the facts of putting the torque settings up for us all : )

The exhaust is used on the joint between the down pipe and exhaust can.

I replaced my old exhaust for new absolutely same as you.
Same exhaust but is to loud noise
Do you know how to reduce noise? Is it any parts what can I use to reduce noise.?

You could buy a decibel killer to put in the tip and a further suggestion would be to then wrap that tip in exhaust wadding.

Did you use more than one manifold gasket ?.. I’ve fitted mine and it’s really loud

Does the speedfight 3 have an O2 sensor on the exhaust?

No, the bike isn't fuel injection, so it's not necessary

I ordered it separately from eBay. It is too long ago to remember much more. Search for the bike and exhaust gasket, I'm sure you'll find one.

For that you'd need to contact the supplier. This bike is the last of the mk3.

iv found alot of mk3 stuff fits a mk4 as its same frame and stuff so id say yes my self
