I feel bad for enemy. You can see how uncomfortable he is every time the standings were brought up 😭
As a casual player I wish I could play comp. It's so much more interesting and so much more intense. I can't stand people complaining about looting and going to zone rather than fighting everyone you possibly could all the time. The tactical gameplay where every teams actions affect every others is where the game comes alive for me. knowing when to wait and when to full send, when give space and when to take it.
Pubs and ranked is just people wanting to play tdms and run at each other but in a br and that's boring. Or on the flip side it's people hiding in corners 3 deep.
Then obviously there are the cheaters and the teamers and my personal favourite the controller players that can only hit point blank shots so they just bum rush you irrespective of the situation even if it guarantees they die immediately.
If they could find a way for the scrims to feed into the POI draft system like a lottery it might improve the quality of the scrim sessions and more accurately reflect the ALGS game days but it also risks limiting the amount of experimentation without a penalty

For context the moist streamsnipr was :bleed landing survey wanting tunnel. Moist landing sky east wanting tunnel. So bleed landing on the jump tower at monument and taking sky east while moist is in tunnel looking to go kill bleed at survey.

Just a thought but could Respawn do something like LOL where if a legend is broken or has an issue that they can lock that legend so that people can't use him. And I mean just for competitive. Obviously they can't just fully lock the character for public use but to keep competitive integrity.

For GAs in cod if you are caught breaking then then nobody in the league will scrim you for x amount of times. Or nobody will warm you up before matches. That it definitely implementable in apex. Being banned from scrims for breaking GAs is possible

How would the pro players feel about a competitive 3 strikes game mode? Obviously with some tweaks
I think GA would work but are hard for Apex because you have so many teams and players coming in and out with the way your system is built
GA only works if there's a players union and players are afraid to be ejected from it. What that would mean is apex becomes a closed shop and no new players ever make it up through from T2 and below essentially.

I know Snip3's stream unfortunately froze roughly halfway through. I assume he chose to use Hal's stream for UA-cam to rectify that issue.
Why isn’t there just an fpl league from pros, t2,t3 players for apex like csgo, siege, etc ?
i believe they changed the ramp-up time on the base havoc w/o any turbo attached a long while ago. I could be mistaken on that as it was a while.
also hal brings up a good point, smgs and the r301/ flatline falling out of favor really boosted the havoc in usage

You keep it, but, the larger the radius is, the shorter the duration is, length is debatable, but this will work.
So does Apex After Hours stream Sundays after ALGS or just whenever Snipe/Fallout feel like it? Missed the pod last week, love the content but you guys gotta be consistent if you want to grow..
I feel like topics are hard to cover when everything is just limited to apex. This and also your point, they don’t try to be consistent

After Hours is some of my favorite apex content and I’ve watched every episode. You guys do a fantastic job and if getting the right people on and respecting schedules means having to wait a bit longer, it’s well worth the wait. Speaking as a massive Apex fan, we so appreciate you guys keeping the content going after ALGS every week. Lots of love.
What about adding more games in a 2-2-3 format with more games going on the new map to get people more used to it after and teams a better chance to adjust or make up for a scuffed game

Crypto Maggie and fuse made my words I’m telling you this will be a new meta or even bang Maggie fuse NA will try to fight and deny it but crypto and Maggie are hard counters to the meta right now and the pressure Maggie can apply late game / being the last hero with true threat vision due to her passive is crazy

each of these pros would never be able to maintain this profession outside of apex, the NA apex pro community is almost a permanent circle of friends,making "agreements" is simple, but THEY don't want to!!!
yep, they basically always complaint and every time they balance one character they exploit the shit out of other character and then complain about that one character and the cycle repeats

Apex can't really work with the GA thing because it's not just 60 players, it's 240 players across all regions

I’m surprised no one’s asked why fuse ult has wall hacks anyway? The best fix for me is either the same as what madness said or just change the duration of how long you can see people in fuse ult. like if there in your ult you can see them for the first 2 seconds. Then is just disappears like a bloodhound scan
it is like that because it was reworked, I'm fuse main and before you could not see anything, the whole reason they gave hims wall hacks was because apart from his knuckle clusters he was useless at ending circles, his ulted fucked his team more than help, pros just cant play without wall hacks and they will always levitate to any character that provides that type of information

Pro complaining about the meta is wild when they have the biggest influence on the meta
Yes and no. They play what is the "strongest". So once the best comp is found (or at least what they think is the best), they are kind of stuck playing that comp over and over until it gets patched. They play like 8+ hours a day so I can see why they would be very tired of playing and playing against the same thing all the time.
Where is the proof or logic when apex changed the drop ship
What’s funny is that there is always going to be some sort of meta. Change is needed to keep a game alive. Every pro complains about every change lmao (sometimes warranted)

same as when people exploited the Seer Q and everyone said it was unfair, same with the wall meta, etc etc. the reality of it is, if the game has character with so many different skills is obvious some skill will be better than others
