Would you be interested in sharing more little videos of your hobby? It was very peaceful and enjoyable to hear you talk about these things, and getting to experience this part of you!
i never regarded being an aquarist as a fun hobby, but when you talked about the different styles and all, i understand this as a pleasing aesthethics type of hobby. i really love it
not just that! people are into the hobby for different reasons. some more so for the plants and aquascaping and some are into it more for the fish themselves like me!
Some are in it for the aesthetics, some for the fish themselves, some for the relaxing feeling an aquarium provides, others (like me) just find the whole concept of bringing a piece of the Amazon River basin or Lake Malawi or the Pacific Ocean into our homes in this little box just so... fascinating. Lost all the rest of my guppies a few months back in the storms and don't plan on another tank anytime soon, but seeing things like this reminds me of the hours I'd spend watching them swim around, just thinking that they're in their own little world, and I was lucky enough to have a look into it. :)
@@madisonwillis9591 as the emperor leviathan from subnautica once said "you go among the stars and I fall among the sand" I imagine that's how the guppies felt if they could telepathically talk to you lol
The last fish the was "broken" was actually dead. If you look at the panel under water type it says "Fish is dead because of lack of oxygen." And beautiful tanks at the end.
Yessss, this is a new favorite. You're very good at finding interesting games when your more popular series' are coming to an end. There's always something good on this channel. See you tomorrow, Drae!
Thank you for the IRL tank tour. I've been keeping aquariums for about 15 years. I love that wood hard scpae in your predator tank. That is a good looking set up. 👌
I sincerely enjoyed learning about your interest in this hobby and seeing your tanks. Thanks a lot for sharing. I’ve always loved aquariums and watching the fish. There’s a sense of peace about it. Beautiful.
Wow! Love seeing you and your girlfriend's tanks. I know you're a gaming channel, but would love to see them more (at least as long as aquarist is on the channel) thank you for sharing.
This isnt a game i would look twice at, but I absolutely love how excited Drae is about it! I love when people talk about there hobbies with such passion and excitment! Love the videos man keep it up 😁👍
Honestly what I love about this video the most is when you show your tanks at the end. Never really into aquascaping, but the hobby sure looks satisfying and fun!
I'm glad you showed footage of your tanks! I have a love for chickens for the same reason people love fish - they are so fun to watch and get to know. Chickens are smarter than some cats and dogs! I'm sure the same is true about fish.
Love that you're into the hobby! My gf and I's 2 tanks snowballed into 12 insanely fast lol All fresh water and smaller size to Nano size fish but it was the aquascaping that got us hooked in the beginning
I'm not a fish person myself, but I can totally understand getting super into a hobby or pet. This series is really great as well, because you can tell you love the subject. Keep it up Drae!
I do aquascaping and fish breeding as a hobby/side hustle. I was so excited about this game when I saw it. Great to watch you play it💯💯 Edit: you have some beautiful, well put together and thought out tanks and some very amazing fish👍
Beautiful house from what we could see and gorgeous tanks. I had a micro saltwater coral tank at one point. Really fun hobby that i miss from time to time.
You're one of my favorite UA-camrs and I wanted to say thank you for allowing us to partake in your life and show us a side of yourself with the aquariums and such. Wish you much more success and the best. Thank you!
Growing up my sibling used to have a lot of aquariums from Piranhas, lungfishes etc. I believe his Pacu's had babies at once point. He had over 10 tanks in is room but not all were fish. It was a fun experience growing up in a house full of animals.
That was a nice IRL tank tour. All the fishes are so cute. Also in-game tip. you can put all the tools, soils and food on the shelf but not the paint bucket.
If you ever wanted to/had the time, another channel with you just working on your tanks would take off! Just hearing you talk about the aesthetics was really enjoyable, as someone whose never owned fish I could almost feel the passion!
I really enjoyed seeing your tanks. I've heard you talk about keeping fish in the past. I've got a 125g south American tank, a 20g long planted tank, and a 32g cube saltwater tank.
I need more of this! Both in game and irl! Love your tanks, I tried many times but I could never get my plants to stay alive and the fish wouldn’t stop eating them. I may try again (this series is actually making me really want to) if anyone has pointers I’ll listen !! 😁
20:12 the orange and white one, so pretty! As for the game, it's still broken for PS4. Even with the update. The paint roller is working now. But you're STILL locked in the basement. The clock won't move now.
Drae, I think everyone would love if you did a mini series on your fish tanks. Maybe like a vlog style on how you maintain them and what you do when you change things up.
Thanks for the video! And thank you for a glimpse into your hobby life. We never really kept fish inside but instead have a large koi pond in the backyard. It's only a few koi left and the majority are comets and a couple other varities. We haven't had to add fish in over 15 years as they keep reproducing every year or so.
It's funny I've watched you for so long and as an aquarist my self I always noticed your attention to details in games and now I see where it comes from, jaw dropping tanks by the way!
YES I wanna se more epiosodes (this and powerwashsimulator are the best series) OMG I laughed so hard when Drae had to "work around" the huge flowerpot inside the aquarium!!
Honestly love this and would love to hear more about the hobby. I've always wanted to start a tank, but just to scared that I'll just waste a bunch of money.
Well, to start with, what kind of tank do you want? 😅 That can be having a specific species in mind you like and catering a tank around them, or getting a tank and then choosing species that are appropriate for it, all of this stuff keeping in mind care level. Any questions, feel free to ask
I really like these videos Drae. It's very interesting to hear what you have to say because you have a lot of knowledge and experience. Also, beautiful tanks!
It would definitely be absolutely amazing to see more of your aquarist life outside the games here and there, it’s quite cool and kinda adds more of a relation and etc... besides it just being fascinating. Plus, it goes quite well with this series too so.. there’s that.
Wow! I loved hearing you talk about the different styles and seeing your own fish. There's so much more depth to this hobby than I ever knew. It's so cool to listen to your insight and opinions while you play.
Absolutely blown away by your, and your girlfriend's, fish tanks. Wow Drae. An aquarium channel, if you'd enjoy it, should happen. I'd love to watch what you both do to make those incredible works of art.
You just jumped to the top of the list for favorite youtuber. I love fish keeping! I only have a 20 gallon at the moment to to living in a dorm but its my first planted tank and I have some neon tetras, endler live bearers, shrimp, and a betta
I go to a high school that's based around marine science and taking care of fish, so I have some experience with fish nurturing and handling. There's this one little clownfish in particular whose name is Satan for obvious reasons, and he attacks or splashes you whenever you try to clean the tank. He likes to bite in between your fingers, so you just have to close your fingers and hold the scraper in an awkward position so that he can't get you. Satan is my favourite fish in the entire school.
its great seeing a game that drea know the real life conterpart of it and the exitment and passion into the critasim given, not just pushing buttons and romming around till finding the right thing to do lol
It was super cool seeing your tanks. I would love more of this game for sure! I sadly broke my salt tank on my last move and ended up having to sell about 2K dollars worth of coral and fish to my local shop since I couldnt afford a new tank right away. I miss my fishes and corals :(
Beautiful aquariums, my dad sorted me an aquarium when i was about 7 or 8, had red tailed shark, neons, kissing garami's, pleco, little pink and black eels have to say certainly brings a room to life
Would you ever consider making a second channel for aquarium based things? I think quite a few people would be interested in that! Great video as always Drae! Keep up the amazing work!
Bit of filter floss will bring that water quality right up. All them floating bits will go. By the looks of it you have an FX6 on that. One single strip will be ace. Love the tanks. 😎
nice tanks! I had a Green Severum and a Tiger Oscar that were best buds. Had a 150 gallon that was more square than anything.. Got it specifically for my buddy Oscar to turn around comfortably in
Would you be interested in sharing more little videos of your hobby? It was very peaceful and enjoyable to hear you talk about these things, and getting to experience this part of you!
Yes I agree with this
Would be great!
Stick to games drea 💯
Second informal channel is totally cool with the UA-cam gods
100% would watch this

You have some of the most beautiful fishes I’ve ever seen Drae!
@@dukeofthedance8062 And that's why they are in a video game instead of an actual aquarium?
@@dukeofthedance8062 I mean, he was clearly talking about Drea's real life fish tanks that he showed at the end of the video.

And beautiful tanks at the end.
I saw this too, can’t believe he didn’t notice lol

I think I can speak for the whole community and say that we’d love to see more videos of your irl aquariums
Yessss, this is a new favorite. You're very good at finding interesting games when your more popular series' are coming to an end. There's always something good on this channel. See you tomorrow, Drae!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful aquariums with us, Drae! It was magical!
This video is so Relaxing and Zen. I love to see more of Drae's slice of Life and Hobbies
16:10 I love how he just ignores the text that says the fish was dead. He was like a child that thought his fish was just sleeping.
Love that you're into the hobby! My gf and I's 2 tanks snowballed into 12 insanely fast lol
All fresh water and smaller size to Nano size fish but it was the aquascaping that got us hooked in the beginning
Just had a aquarium side vlog from 5 years ago pop up in suggestions lol awesome d=

I love you doing this series. You can tell you're passionate about it and it's fun to listen to.
2:54 I love how paintin the grout blue manages to give your walls a sorta purple gradient look to them
He's not painting grout, he's applying a very poorly designed shader.
when he turned around and saw the dad in the beginning it scared the shit out of me lol
i got a good chuckle out of him complaining about the oscar glitching out when the game said it was dead XD
I loved this. I'm not much of a fish appreciator but this is giving me a great new perspective, thank you for this amazing opportunity!
