This is my new favorite crochet pattern. I actually frogged a blanket I'd started so I could restart it using this pattern. Think it will also be nice for a scarf. Thank you so much.
Another lovely pattern, very simple to follow, I have some lovely yarn I’m looking forward to use. You are my go to for blanket patterns - thank you. 😊
Good morning it’s 4 AM Pacific time United States I don’t know why I had a pop-up saying to put the time in here. Very nice video. Thank you for sharing. I’m always looking for something easy and quick to do.
Hi Rabekah , cute pattern !!! Glad it’s not US troubles , haven’t tried them yet. So 1 thing I learned watching this is to remember to chain one when changing color , I’ve totally been forgetting about that 🤪 and was too lazy check how to do it again so , thank you very much for going over it again 😉. What’s your cats name ? My cat is Brookie 🐾💗. Take care, Misty
Hi Misty! Thanks so much - I’m glad you like it! You don’t have to chain one when changing colour if you don’t want to, it’s totally up to you ☺️ The cat having the massive drink in the video is called Olive, I also have another cat called Monty 🐾🥰
If you wanted to use the alternate turning chain right from the start (I love that stitch) rather than starting in the 5th chain and having that gap, how would you recalculate the number of chains you start with? I would like to do the Alt Turning Chain perhaps in the 2nd chain from the start for the first row i that would work, just not sure how many chains to start everything with.
Question: will you be weaving each tail into the row of the same color? Was it your preference to do that (if answer is yes)? Ok, why wouldn't your carry the old & new tail colors over the top of the row into which you are making the 2 U.K.Trebles (US Doubles) ?
Thank you. Im just learning to crochet and decided to use this pattern for a baby blanket. I've never done a border, but would like to add one. Do you have a pattern for an easy, beginner friendly border. Many Thanks
So sorry to the delay - I've been away.. But yes! I have lots of tutorials for borders - my favourite easy one would probably be the Moss Stitch which you can find here - ua-cam.com/video/HhPRHKNymfU/v-deo.html
Hi, I have a question not exactly related to this project but I have just completed your Ribbed/Ridged chunky blanket. I was wondering if this one would be okay to add a border? If so what would you recommend for it please?
Thank you! I now have a new and favorite pattern.

Yes I secured the tails into the row of the same colour. I tend to only carry my yarn across my work I have to (mosaic crochet etc) 🌸
Beautiful pattern thank you 😊
Thanks so much!! So simple I love it!!!😊❤❤
Very nice thanks❤❤❤
I’m glad you like it! 🥰
Thank you ❤
You’re most welcome! 🌸
Thanks for this video, what is that fancy way you start a row called? I usually just chain 3 🤷🏼♀️
It can be called a stacked treble ♥️

What is the yarn?
Which one of your lovely borders would you recommend with this blanket?
Has anyone tried this with bigger yarn????
