- I wasn't sure how long it would take to clean all of the bathrooms in Grand Central Station with my tongue, so instead I decided to do something equally enjoyable - I have made a fun and exhilarating CAMP in a unique water location using new methods and revising old methods, and method acting. The "raft" idea is amazing. As one of the seven people, I approve of the free placing wall/rug thing. I guess I'm autistic because my camps have stories about the character who lives there 😂matching outfit and everything. Love that fog machine!

oh that lag happens no matter what event is going on don't worry 😂 I always match the outfit for a few minutes and then i leave the camp and have to change into something more comfortable xD also, what does penultimate mean? like I know what it means, but you say and ill see if youre right
@@misterchurch666 I use penultimate as the best ever after a massive effort! (As a writer I have a huge useless vocab). It was a massive effort with those barn doors so my first thought was all your building experience, all your object collision know-how, and knowledge of merging came together to create this amazing feat of "barn doors as rafts." Therefore, your penultimate build. 🤣

Finally, I've received a proper diagnosis! People have been telling me my whole life that I'm artistic, but they were off by a few letters. I always knew there was more to it 🤣 love your videos and your commentary is almost word-for-word my natural internal dialogue 😂
Another amazing build church. I believe I got an Aneurysm watching this video. You truly are an artist. Love your videos. Some time I bite off more than I can chew and try to do crazy build like your only to find the tips I try to use from your videos don't seem to work for me maybe because I have a learning disability or something and them I just go to another location and put a prefab down and call it a day. Lol.....😢

Played 76 for awhile (200 hours) coming into summer with my gf but took a break more recently as I just got really burnt out but I love all of your builds and I wish I could’ve seen some more cool builds like yours while I was playing rather than square box shit holes

Something I learned about building in Fallout was that if it does not work the first time it might work the second or third time. Basically come back to it at a later date because for some unknown reason it will work then.

I do something similar with my camp module to place it basically anywhere.
Usually one of the first steps i take before breaking ground too,
it helps with my height restrictions in the builds I do.
I’ve also noticed the lag can help, but if your good at finding a rhythm in your button combination, you can just place it without having to do those couple extra steps getting on a laggy server.
Unrelated: a small detail to my camp I’m proud of was using the shark fin wet floor sign to make it look like there are a couple of sharks swimming in the water around my camp😋

And also don't know if it will work for you but to get that weird floating uninteractable object thingy I find it easier to do on a pressure plate and just Spam place it really fast (I might just have bad Internet) but is really annoying when you're trying to drop merge which I do a lot. But I loved the video 😁

When it says “Needs support” when placing a camp module on a semi-permanent world object, it means there’s nothing under the spot you’re placing it. It needs a rug/floor/roof tile under it, as the SPWO doesn’t technically exist.
As restitution for your heinous crime of stealing my camp location and future idea, I’ll be taking your updated Barn Door blueprint…. don’t let it happen again.

Amazing build! Not going to lie, sometimes I find myself starting a build and then saying, "no, no, that's not what Mr. Church would approve of. How can I make this more interesting?" and then sit there staring at it for the next hour and a half before I decide what to do next. (hint: it's usually to just turn off the console).

I’ve found placing the “world item” on a floor power connector seems to make it GLITCH INTO REALITY abit quicker.
Almost every camp I’ve built in the last year has been a spaceship/steampunk airship so I’m doing this a lot 😂😂😂

I specialise in immersive airships, none of the silly floating platform nonsense!
I like to float various types of prefabs and link them with larger body structures.
My last airship comprised of 5 separate floating prefabs linked and built around into a large Starfield-esque ship 👍

Oh! So that’s a useful trick for the annoyance I get every time I’m building. Have you try placing the rug on a depressed pressure plate really fast? That always seems to create those ghosts for me. Thanks friend 💜

I have a couple of shelter builds long ago, haven’t revisited, you can’t use blueprints down there so sometimes it’s trickier

Hey everyone
i'm not sure if it's just a coincidence, but i can't place a module on a temporary object unless there's "support" under it like the stairs or upper floors. i could do this consistently, so not sure the exact rules like if there's an easier way, but it at least stopped me from falling down from my temporary objects which was a major pain if i had to start building again mid-movement process.

Hey, Mister Church, I have a dumb question for you. Have you tried to build in the new treehouse in the map expansion area? Because I'm currently trying to build a base there, but it won't let me place anything on the lower half of the treehouse, and I've tried every trick I could think of with no luck so I was wonder if you knew of a work around.
I haven't tried there yet! have you tried blueprinting the individual items you want to place down?
@misterchurch666 Ya,I tried blue printing objects, placing them on rugs floating objects using conduits, and nothing seems to wanna work.
I'm pretty sure you can do the same duplicate glitch or whatever you would call it. With a pressure plate, I do the same thing all the time well, trying to merge if I go too fast. And I must be autistic as hell I have lore for all my camps.
