And other famous former finishers like the elbow drop, leg drop, and clothesline. Don't see him calling wwe people out for it. It's also pretty easy to put over a star who can kick out of a finisher that would have beat a legend. Like "wow, is it me or are wrestling talents getting tougher". Like it takes more to beat a modern star, it's easy to sell that. Just some thoughts.
Yeah the lead announcer should put the talent over. Not get mad because a move isn't a finish lol. I remember in Lucha Underground there were 3 DOTS in a row, the move is long dead.
