At just under 3 weeks PP with my second, this video is so timely. I’m definitely in the fog right now, and it feels like the chaos will never calm down. Thank you for the encouragement, I so needed it right now.

Then you’re exactly who I made it for! Thank you so much for commenting. This made my day. I know it all feels so permanent- it’s just not. Which is a blessing and a curse all at once, ya know?

I’m 5 weeks PP with my third little boy! It’s been super challenging, but God is getting me through it day by day. 😊

thank you so much for this video, for these words, for your honesty. thank you for your testimony to His greatness and grace! i desperately needed this video. my baby has just turned 1 and i'm juussssttt about getting comfortable with the thought of having another... but still feel fearful about the messy, sometimes terrifying, postpartum phase. i think God sent me your video at just the right time :) i am so grateful i wish i could give you a hug!!!! virtual hug instead!!!

Thank you for this video. I’m almost 7 weeks postpartum with my first baby. She’s been such a blessing but definitely challenging with reflux and only wanting to sleep upright on my chest. Getting out of the house has been a challenge if I don’t have another adult to help me out. My husband is at work 6 days a week so it’s just me and my baby girl most of the time. I appreciate the encouragement from your video that it will get better and easier. I’m patiently waiting for that but also trying to soak up the newborn phase at the same time❤

Oh mama, I was just telling my husband how much more lonely I was with just one than I am now with 3. Your little ones will grow up and become little buddies to you, you’ll meet mamas in your community (through prayer) and life will be much less lonely in the best ways! Getting out of the house gets easier too! Once you address and resolve the reflux, life is 1,000x easier! My first had awful colic and reflux for 6 months and I felt like a prisoner in my own home - once he got better everything in my life improved so much! I’ll be praying for you, Dominique!

Girl I have a 3 week old. My house is absolutely destroyed. Im tired. I haven’t cooked since I’ve been home.
My homeschooled 6 year old has lived on Xbox.
I wouldn’t change it for the world though! Though these times are hard… they become a distant memory and I always want to remember my snuggles with this little baby. Loved watching this cause I’m in the middle of it with you!

Would you recommend waiting until I’m completely healed to get pregnant or to make pregnancy part of the journey? I’m hesitant because my last pregnancy was quite challenging and k now have a toddler. I’ve been doing Christian brain retraining for 8 months, and it has changed my life. I’ve seen a lot of healing both in my soul and body. However, I still have some persistent blips that may be quite limiting.

Everybody will give you a different answer for this. I’m in the camp of - it’s totally up to you, the Lord and your husband. But keep in mind, every pregnancy is SO DIFFERENT. I had two really rough pregnancies followed by a relatively easy one. So be prayerful about it and the Lord will give you wisdom.
From a healing standpoint, pregnancy does add more stress to the body, but it can also be so healing in itself growing life inside you. The Lord can truly use ANYTHING for healing.
      I hope this helps! 🤎
