@@Micfri300 you do realize you can have a personal and social life and still raise and have happy children right? Having a child doesn't mean you're just a parent and nothing else, at the end of the day you're still a person with feelings and needs and wants. Not to say it's always as easy to do things with having a child, but its completely doable. Are you supposed to never date again or have other children? Many people have blended families or find the right one AFTER the wrong one, and sometimes those people come with a mini-me 🤷🏾♀️

Not all kids. Sorry if that was your experience. My mom dated and never neglected me or choose her bf over me. I didn't even meet my stepdad for an entire year while my mom dated him. So yeah a woman/man with kid can put their kids first and still find someone.

Kenton is more than likely an abuser. Even through long distances, he wants all of her time and control her every move. He's extremely manipulative. Sitting there putting all this blame on her to the point she starts to think his behavior is actually her fault, manipulative and one of the key signs of an emotional abuser. And if someone abuses you emotional their more likely to become a physical abuser. I think she is better off without him, and I really hope she left this idiot alone because she and her daughter deserve so much better than someone like this. And I applaud her for not putting a guy before caring for her daughter. Your children should always come first.

Kenton is the WORST!! Terrible manipulator and selfish. As a single mom, I can say that when you have a busy day, come home to take care of children, and finally get them to bed... Sometimes your energy is SPENT and you just need what little time for yourself you can manage. #7 is so extremely difficult. Gabby was totally in the wrong for catfishing someone but for the first time on the show the problems didn't seem like they stemmed from the catfishing. She was 18 (idk how long the communications were but 17 or even 16 when they started talking maybe), no one knows about the relationship she was having with a woman, said she was 'best friends' with Miranda but then also that she was unsure of her sexual orientation, she was this tight ball of anxiety and confusion the entire time but when she was Miranda her eyes just lit up and the first thing she said was that she was beautiful... She's a teenager struggling with her sexual identity, hiding behind a male profile and her family won't let her see anyone because they 'didn't know about it'? Did they not know about her talking online or did they not know about the fact that she was talking to a woman? This is the only time I can give someone a break for not showing up. If you're scared to tell your parents that you're queer, it doesn't speak to a great relationship and trust in their support when they find out (honestly its always terrifying to come out even if you know you have support but she seemed extremely unsure). So I find it an actual possibility that she wasn't able to meet with Miranda (or the show), who knows what the consequences would be if she did go out.

I love how Max always put things. You can tell he is very mindful and thoughtful on how he phrases his words, for example with Miranda and Camryn he explained the reason why Gabi didn’t show up, I felt that was classy.
I hate that Kenton made her question herself, when she said “maybe I didn’t put in enough time.” That’s ridiculous, she isn’t in the wrong. She even said she gave him time and that he spent it complaining that it wasn’t enough.
Seriously, I felt so terrible for her when she felt the need to say that. Poor woman was being manipulated so badly and started blaming herself when he was the one being a manchild throwing a tantrum. She already has one child, she doesn’t need to settle for a dude that’s going to be a second child. Not worth the stress.

One thing no one ever seems to consider during the reveal/meet on these shows is the loss. The person who’s been catfished has just learned that someone they loved doesn’t even exist. It’s almost like they’ve died. They’re experiencing a great loss and then they’re suddenly expected to consider liking this brand new person in some circumstances.

I think her presence helps to balance the show.. not exactly sure how to word this but having someone other than a straight white male of that makes sense .. her being a woman and being like a real person kinda adds a comforting dynamic because lets face it a lot of people may not feel super comfortable with making themselves vulnerable to two straight white guys.. but I love that she’s strong and opinionated as well and doesn’t coddle those who play victim. I keep being astounded by people going for years talking online without meeting. I have a general rule that if the online banter is good, you meet ASAP. Kenton was extremely rude, and very into himself, the fact he was mad she chose her daughter over him was ridiculous and made him look bad, he was putting all the blame on her for his lousy attitude, Caityln is better off without him, he was acting like a child through the whole meeting, she didn't have time for him when he needed attention so he acted like a baby, so glad in the end Caitlyn chose herself and her child. I tried dating online and he was legitimate but had so many red flags that it didn't work. We met irl and really hit it off. I loved him and shared a lot of my firsts with him but I dove head first and gave my all while he hid behind his persona. I saw the cracks and tried to ignore them but once I gave myself to him it was like I was a husk. My best friend talked sense into me. I've been single since. Everyone saying the guy in number 10 was right to demand that she gave him more time are missing some pretty important things. For the fact that Caitlyn enlisted the help of Max & Nev to find Kenton means that he must have disappeared and Caitlyn started questioning if he was real. So he most likely walked away but she pursued him, so really Caityln took a loss with this one.

People siding with Kenton have toxic issues. A person should not have to risk losing their jobs, friends, time alone, driving safely and enjoying food just for a relationship. A man who thinks a woman is not committed enough because she is not texting him while she is driving or at work or when she is trying do her own thing is not a good person. They are selfish and want the woman to solely spend EVERY MINUTE ON THEM and not anything else. Yeah, relationships mean that women will end up losing their jobs, dropping out of school, starving themselves to only focus on their relationship because the relationship is more important than anything and everything else.
Max and Nev are THE POWER COMBO ! They are amazing, SUPER caring, understanding AND defensive of the victim. When it gets hard, they say it like it is EVEN if it means grilling some catfish. I love their authenticity.
