I am qualified CA and I agree that there are lapses within the system. ICAI should ensure quality of paper checking and also ensure that justice prevails for all the CA students.

#dearicaipleasechange Honestly, I feel all the CA students feel so demotivated by such "luck by chance" evaluation system of ICAI, to maintain the pass percentage, make entry to the course so difficult but exit from the course should be relaxed like MBA CAT, where entry is too tough but majority of students who become part of it pass. However, we the CA students actually are trapped in the vicious circle of CA wherein our career, our life, our family our everything is at stake and dependent upon luck and not the hardwork we put in.

Thank you zee business and anil singhvi sir for raising students voice on national television, now I can see the ray of hope, hope ICAI will amend the 39(4) at the earliest and make sure that no student will loose their life due to mistakes of examiner. Its a 5year course.. If a student got failed in finals even after writing correct answer due to fault of examiner then student have no courage to do any other course and got depressed in life. There's huge unemployment in the country, CA is one of the prestigious course which make its student to stand on his own, it makes him an entrepreneur.. But many times a brilliant student turned into demotivated depressed zombie just because of failure in exam even after writing the correct answer. Reforms are of utmost important in current scenario.
Highly fraudulent, the way, ICAI conducts exams. I know a person, who was below average student, used to get 45% and passed intermediate in 7 attempts, he passed final exam in first attempt. He was very close and relative of one very senior council member of ICAI.
Such a foolish statement u made totally rubbish.. agar realtive hi tha to intermediate mei 7 baar kyu fails kia.... Galt to glat bolo jo shi hai usse nhi..
To one Rahul Joshi- during intermediate, that relative was not on that high post in ICAI. the year when that person appeared in Final exams, same year , he was appointed at that very senior post at ICAI, Delhi.
Shaswata Chatterjee yes I could, but many times, when I got marks in 40s, I was expecting based on performance, at least 55-60. Theory based papers, you know that you know the answer, how could they provide marks below average, when answer is 100% correct.

Secratary died on 26.09.2020 due to covid-19 And risked all student to give their exams on 1.11.2020 for 18 days. This is ICAI their own members are dying but still blind enough to risk students life
