I thought so. Don't get me wrong, I think BC R's have the best looking V's IMO. Yeah i hate people that say one sentence and run with no explanation. Rock on man
@dimebagisgod13 not sure but i don't think so, Im sure there's a box you could buy like a adapter to allow you to it tho, just ask at some shops or some forums
Great shreddin, brother... question: I've heard this model has a chunkier neck than the run-of-the-mill Jackson shredder type guitars... would you agree? How would you describe the neck profile? I'm thinkin about pickin up a used one here in LA -cheers, Greg
@funney61303349 Its a B. C. Rich Jr V Deluxe not a standard, and at the time i bought it, it was only offered in black not sure about now check the website
No none of the new NJ's are like that and I haven't heard anything. But you may be thinking of the speed loader system that they used to have on a few of their axes a few years back but they don't sell those anymore.
The normal jr v deluxe has a widow headstock with diamond inlays. Bc rich makes these for Guitar center.But the main different is the wood used. The NJ in this Video,with the reversed headstock uses Mahogany. The normal deluxe with the widow jr has a Nato(Eastern Mahogany)body. I would go for the NJ deluxe, Mahogany has a greater sustain
are you in drop C or B? i though c at first but when you hit the open chord sounds like dimbag on new found power. and how can you say ESP sucks man. I bought the new BC Rich speed v laser flame and it is just "meh" but my favorite and best sounding is my cheap ESP LTD V-100. cost me 400 and the BC cost 800. I haven't totally wrote off BC though because i hear the jr v deluxe is the best bang for the buck so we'll see. nice video anyway.
I have one for sale on reverb in white if you are looking for one. reverb.com/item/11059432-b-c-rich-jrv-nj-deluxe-2012-pearl-white-bc1gc1-hard-case-bc-flying-v
I didn't say ESP sucks, I was talking to a douchebag (mamityh) and said that B. C. Rich is better IMO. Anyway, I'm in drop B, and thanks for the comment.

this is the better one. the ones in black are the better ones. the new ones in white arent as good. the wood is still the same but they are a shorter scale and they didnt use the same quality in wood
hmmm lets see... EMG 81/85, Neck through, OFR , 24 frets, full body binding, reverse headstock. Mahogany body, ebony fretboard... 720 euros in europe. Show me one guitar with similar specs and quality for that price. KKV13: nice axe!

No, its fine not neck heavy at all, very comfortable.
this is a standard right? also is there more than just black?
there's only one deluxe Jr. V, the other one similar is the NT Jr. V, the NT doesn't have EMG's no body binding, and different wood
@OdeToNecrophilia yeah! i bought it like..a week and a half ago :)
No none of the new NJ's are like that and I haven't heard anything. But you may be thinking of the speed loader system that they used to have on a few of their axes a few years back but they don't sell those anymore.
I suggest this for sure, the Ibanez is nice but it still can't touch the Jr. V for value for dollar
@KKV13 did this guitar come properly set up?
The normal jr v deluxe has a widow headstock with diamond inlays. Bc rich makes these for Guitar center.But the main different is the wood used. Is the neck similar to a warlock's?
@jclar146 thanxs man
does it have fret markers on top?
hows the neck ?? izzit like ESP Neck's ??
Is this guitar easily accessible on last frets?
are you in drop C or B? i though c at first but when you hit the open chord sounds like dimbag on new found power.

@tomiwolf a round "C" shape simlilar to a Les Paul but not as Beefy
how's the neck feel, i've never played it
is it thin like a jackson?
is the guitar going straight to the amp or are u running it through any effects
what is the neck shape?
@KKV13 its still just in black right now
Still have this guitar?
Steve Jasinski yup sure do!
for sale? :) lol
I have one for sale on reverb in white if you are looking for one. reverb.com/item/11059432-b-c-rich-jrv-nj-deluxe-2012-pearl-white-bc1gc1-hard-case-bc-flying-v
@59Hellfire Still just in black

EMG's are def better than blackouts, IMO blackouts are a gimmick and will fade, EMG's have been around forever and are still going strong.

KKV13: nice axe!
No there is no difference apart from the headstock, and some abalone caps on the volume and tone knobs, other than that exactly the same axe
About 8 years of serious playing, before that just acoustic and beginners shit lol.
