These episodes help relieve so much stress. Especially with all that's going on in the world. I cannot thank you enough Les.
Jesus Christ is the answer.
@@Matty617what was the question?
Me too. My anxiety has been through the roof recently and this has really helped me calm down
Easily becoming one of my favorite shows. Hope we get Les to his sub numbers. Want more survivor content as well.
Les your helping me through a very tough time right now with these videos. You don't understand how much u mean to some of us
Les, you inspired not only an entire genre of survival television, you also inspired the current trend of survival/natural food youtubers and an entire generation of outdoor lovers such as myself. I am a huge fly fisher today because I saw you trying it in your Colorado Rockies episode and was intrigued by a method of fishing I had never heard of. Every time I go camping I implement countless little tips and tidbits of information I learned from you. THANK YOU LES.
I love how chill this is
I can just smell the Juniper through the screen! Now I'll have to taste it.
I suffer from anxiety and depression, and all the Les Stroud videos have helped me relax. Chef Paul is fantastic! And Kevin can really capture the moment.
These videos deserve so many more views. Always amazing how the ingredients end up so beautiful.
Really enjoyed this episode. I would like to see you do a Wild Harvest episode in the southern California chaparral or desert. This is where I grew up and did a little survival training when I was in Boy Scouts. There are a lot of plants to eat that I don't think most people know about. Just one example are yucca flowers - very tasty.
Love ya Paul, you are a master. And Les, what can I say, as an Ontario boy I've been watching you for over a decade.
Another beautiful episode. Great job to both of you.
thank u for uploading these for free man
I have to try this Les ..Looking foreward ! '' Great Show '' !
Thank you Les, I have been watching your content since I was a little boy. I implement many of your methods whenever I go camping and you inspire me in many ways.
As spring arrives I am thankful that I learned so much from you as I take my son on his first foraging trips after I've done enough research on my area and done some alone or with a guide. I really hope that I can instill the love of nature into my son, as you did to me.
Thank you again
Absolutely love this show.
Looking forward to it Les. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and artistic vision with us.
I whole heartedly love everything about this show. You and Paul both combine all the best parts of your creativity to this project, thank you! And not Bloody Mary's, they're Bloody June's!
Thanks Les, Paul and team.
Great show.
Hello Les, Paul and crew. I just wanted to thank you for being you.
Wild Harvest is absolutely amazing, this is thee best cooking show I've ever seen hands down. I'm a forager myself and live outside the majority of the year learning about the wild places and creatures that thrive there. It's winter here so I get to catch up on the things I miss like binge watching Survivorman and Wild Harvest.
Looking forward to the next season and anything else you have in the works. Curious if you have ever heard of a channel called 'Townsend' that chronicles 18th century living? Would you consider this time period iconic for the Wild Harvest, being most folks had little choices but nature's bounty?
Amazing episode once again. And for once, I have a suggestion: to "wildify" the capers, you can use flower blossoms that are soaked the same way. As an example, daisy blossoms. Cheers!
It’s an interesting seeing juniper and gin discussed in this context since a lot of contemporary gins like Botanist, Hendricks, Glendalough, and Koval are incorporating wild gathered botanicals and aromatics in their processes.
*They are delicious by the way. My favorite martini uses Hendricks Neptunia gin which uses wild flowers gathered from the Scottish seashore.
Such an awesome presentation 👍🏼👍🏼
Those looked delicious brother!! CHEERS!
Good work les danm tar tar nice
Loving these episodes. Everything looks amazing

Much love Les and Chef Paul. This series is incredible!
Beautiful! Just love these episodes!!
I keep seeing advertising for season 2 DVD and recipe book, but don’t see it available for sale on the website yet. Will it be available soon?
Love this!
I recently watched Chef vs Wild and wondered if they got the idea from Les. Thieves! LOL
well....I was on air with this more than a year ahead of them and I had had discussions with the same network about producing my show for them - which didn't end up happening - so you do the math :-).
Just great
Best disclaimer intro youv'e done yet! :)
Food show is cool , what's up with "Survivorman Returns" ???
*Les Nevermind the weak measly haters!* 1
Looks like Kananaskis country. I didn't know you were allowed to pick anything there.
When you make a Bloody Mary and using what you use and you have to use white pepper and you only get it at the Chinese or whatever Place white pepper supposed to use for Bloody Mary

@@sal-1337 in many cultures in the world this is norm. Says a lot about the enviroment and culture you live in.
Who thinks that? Where are you from that a hand on the shoulder means that?
