Nicely explained.👍 To place the GPS in Fuse box is the most easiest & most of the car lifters can easily access & disconnect it. Kindly suggest some better place to place the GPS. I have also got onelap & planning to fix it.

Try to install illuminated windows switch for the rest of the doors other than the driver door.. i have seen it in a forum and understood it but it was not a video and it's very much possible that u can come up with some better ideas for wiring... Good luck to u

The socket where you found the ignition wires, is it the same in all cars? I have an old i20 2014 model, when I took it to the accessories shop he cut the wire and plugged it as he was unable to find the white socket, however now i am not getting the engine on alerts correctly and is it ok if the gps is hanging in air? And i am getting the vibration alerts even after the engine is on and car is moving (I understand that this should not happen, vibration alerts should only come when engine is off) I think I might have taken it to the wrong person, do you have any suggestions on who can get this done correctly in Bangalore? And should i go to mechanic or accessories shop technician? One lap tech support is not as knowledgeable as you are actually, you have really good knowledge in this ☺
Even without this battery won’t last 3 months. It is better to disconnect batter terminal before leave as it increases the chances of battery survival.

Experience sahi hai, kuch specific puchna hai toh ap puch sakte ho. Cons, 1. Statistics ek dum accurate nahi hai 2. Network issue aa jata hai kabhi kabhi toh real time tracking ruk jati hai. Baki koi major issue nahi hai. GPS ka fayda yahi hai bs ki ap track rkh pate ho ki car kaha kaha jari hai.

It gets power from the car battery even when the car is off. So practically this can happen only when the car is dead.
