hi bhai i had purchased one lap GPS device wireless on 11-2-2024 , i couldn't able to sign up its always saying that google play services running, i gone through all settings google play services its on but couldn't open the app i tried to contact customer care but they are not responding. i have seen many reviews on customer care people wont respond. can you pls help me.
I bought his product, but after 1.5 years it is not working now and customer care says they don't repair it after 1 year of warranty. So it's very expensive 7000(5000 for device + 2000 for next year subscription) just for 1.5 year.

Its wireless gos tracker it means you can hide it anywhere in your car. It will not connect to the OBD port. So if cant be connected to the OBD than how come it can access engine system? Like immobiliser and etc

There are lot of space inside car where this device can be hidden
onelap customer care recalled my device after two month because I multiple complained about non working of voice monitoring, I returned after their ask of replacement, after returning it they are not sending replacement device, seems as a company they did fraud with me.
You should use your own sim to activate voice monitoring
@@harishassam7592 Yes am using my own, but, actually it's only gps device, don't expect much for voice monitoring, they changed device that too was a struggle, still on new device Voice Monitoring is useless and cannot fulfill the purpose when there is a need, too much ecoinhg sound can't understand anything.
