1 medium pod garlic
1 and half inch ginger
2 medium onions
2 dried red chilli
4 bay leaves
1/2 TSP full cumin
1 TSP coriander
1 TSP chilli powder
salt to taste
150 grams chana dal
garam masala
1 small piece mace
15 pepper corn
2 to 3 sticks cinnamon
8 cloves
5 green cardomon
1 small onion fine chopped
green chillies fine chopped as per taste
chopped coriander leaves
1 egg
