After the Hillclimb, it is now time to UPGRADE the 5th Gen Honda Prelude (BB6). In this video I instal my Hawk DTC60 Brake pads, I explain what a good set of race brake pads can do for your braking performance, and then I test them at the track with an SCCA Time Trial / Time Attack race at Thompson Speedway.

I use these too. They kick ass but do tear into rotors... But they never overheat!

Have you ever had to change the rotors after a track day cause of these pads?

Bro , How about DTC 60 initial bite when cold ? Is it durable ?

When it's cold dtc60 are not good at all, and in the cold they won't last either. They last a long time when used at the track, I'm thinking the rotors wear out before the pads do

@@FlyinGato That's good info! I just ordered dct 70's and new rotors for a Hellcat that I track. Big heavy car needs the best brakes I can get. Cant wait to try them out.

Do you run the dtc 60 on the street or do you swap them in for track days only
