Yeah, that totally sucks! I was so disappointed when Videl didn't even try to stop Barry Kahn from kidnapping Pan. She just stood there, she didn't even try fighting him too!
I think it's reasonable for Videl to want to become a mom, I think that's sweet of her, but for her to completely drop ALL fighting in the process feels inaccurate for her. She should definitely still train on the side, especially with Gohan to keep him from going soft. They could keep each other in shape. Wouldn't that be sweet? (I do believe Superhero has taken steps to rectify this aspect of Videl!)
I still think setting Jiran up as an unquestioned, albeit jerky hero would have been the best route. Make it where you actually cheer for him and get conflicted on whether or not you want Goku and team to win. Make the fight about character motivations, highlighting how the two are different and alike, while showing the flaws of Goku would make for a compelling story. Jiran is a character who says he rejects people in favor of strength, yet time and again he actively protects his team and trusts them enough to sit on the sidelines and let them handle the situation, acting only when things are at their worst. Goku is a character who says he trusts his friends, but he actively pursues power and forgets friends even exists for years at a time pursuit of that power. The moment the ToP began, he walked away, leaving his friends to fend for themselves while he searched the most fun challenges he could find. Exploring that character dynamic and commiting to the idea that Goku was the actual bad guy of the arc when he set the ToP into motion would have made the entire arc shine, especially when it had to be Jiran who stepped in as the multiverse's only hope to save everyone. If they had set Jiran up to be the righteous hero to Goku's selfish nature it would have been so much richer as they struggled against up, leaving us conflicted on who to cheer for as Goku continued to up his game against Jiran until he achieved Mastered UI.
When I scraped my knee at the age of 4, it was DRAGONS When Veronica dumped me before the 6th grade dance, it was DRAGONS When I got denied my top choice university it was DRAGONS When my wife left me and took the kids, she left me for a DRAGON!
The moment I disliked most was how it seemed like Krillin was also given up on. He had that fantastic breakthrough by facing his fears and supposedly shattering his human glass ceiling, which also cemented his friendship with Goku (one of goku’s better moments in the series). Then having a fantastic double team fight with 18, and even using his wits to defeat the blind guy. Then he gets unceremoniously eliminated and goes back to his cheerleader/narrator role for the rest of the tournament as if he never had any growth at all.
I dunno about Videl. I really liked the fact they took that trope of "oh a misunderstanding causes a rift in a relationship" and went "nah, not working." Gohan and Videl have had the chance to relax and settle over the time between Z and Super, which unfortunately was skipped over, and Videl's early personality seems more of a product of just being Mr Satan's daughter and therefore has to be the next strongest person. She probably took her chance to relax when her father was once again seen as the saviour of Earth.
The entirety of the Black Goku Arc. I am sooo goddamn happy with Totally Not Mark, because before of his video, no one talked about how horrible that arc was. And it was so frustrating being the only one who realized it was so bad and incoherent since the beginning and not just the end.
I mean he likes this arc but he has a lot of problems with it, it's not awful but I agree that there are a lot of bad stuff in it (and the ending is just stupid)
What if Jiren's backstory in the anime was some sort of cover or false truth and the 'evildoer' was actually him unable to controll his power and therefore strived to control and better himself so it would never happen again.
Goku fighting Beerus, while Beerus is "disguised" as Monaka. They just lowered Gokus intelligence way too much in that episode. I get that it is meant to be a gag episode, but it was just way too stupid. Like Goku would not be able to realize he was fighting A) a guy in a suite, and B) fighting Beerus.
“The moment when Goku forgot stuff” You mean like when he forgot what kissing was, despite clearly knowing what it was when he offered a kiss from Bulma to Old Kai? He obviously knew what kissing was since he knew Bulma would be mad at him for making the offer even though she doesn’t get mad at him for offering her to give money to people(like the androids in the ToP). I get that the scene he forgot what a kiss is was just for comedic purposes, but it wasn’t even funny. It was just...weird.
That is a fantastic point! I totally forgot about that part in Z and I always found him not knowing what a "kiss" was pretty stupid when he has 2 kids with freaking chi- chi of all people...
In the anime, it feels like Gohan relied to much on Goku and, possibly, Vegeta, thinking, ”My father can handle it. He can handle anything, so why should I even bother?” It’s like why Krillin and Co. sometimes ask Goku if he think he is stronger than the current enemy they are fighting when he shows up. That’s why I love the recent Moro chapters, where most of the Z-fighters didn’t really ask for the Sayians until the final boss
Tbf Tien hasn't changed since Z. Technically taking out Hermillia (Blanka Sniper) in the ToP was his first significant victory over a threat since Cyborg Tao. I mean, that's not good, but this is a larger problem of Dragonball.
Piccolo's case was even worse in the manga when he was going against frost and asked goku if he had any chance of winning, the former saying he had none and that he should only try lower frost's stamina for vegeta to finish the job.
Best part of Super was them showing how Beerus and especially Piccolo are the best babysitters ever, because no matter how gruff and grumpy you are, Pan and Bulla are just too danged CUTE.
Mauricio Del Barco I’m fine with that but is Super took out SSJ2 Caulifla and SSJ2 Kefla then I would be fine because Caulifla got SSJ2 in the same day she got SSJ
As boring as Jiren is, his origin story certainly doesn’t help. I feel the dub did him a lot better. It does help that he is voiced by Dio himself, but he at the very least emoted more there.
Yeah, i don't mind his origin in the dub (the only version I watched). It IS fairly basic, but it is a flawed radical over compensation against personal weakness and co-dependence to an unhealthy degree.
Rota Abyssian I agree and I think if that had been explored more that his backstory didn’t really matter and the point of overcompensating for weakness with absolute strength is actually a character weakness and makes you less of a use to the people who depend on you, then maybe it also could have been a turning point for goku as well. This could show him that his endless craving of power and strong opponents has the potential to turn him into someone like Jiren and even play into Roshi’s old lesson of “someone will always be stronger than you and that is ok”
@@DrexandCTHproduction I completely agree, Jiren could've been used to show us that this is what Goku could've been if he beat Jackie Chun back in the day, similar to how Gaara parallels to Naruto, but with the way Jiren was treated in both the manga and anime, it really shows that the writers only really knew what they were doing with Zamasu and Black and even then they ruined that ending
Mudkrab Lord yeah I honestly don’t mind Zamasu as much as the rest of the fandom, and Goku Black has become one of my favorites. Again I think Jiren is more a sense of wasted potential rather than a straight up bore. I still really enjoyed the TOP as a whole
No one’s gonna mention Chi-Chi’s character in Super anime? To me, I felt she could’ve been more kindhearted and caring. Not to mention, her anger moments really put the anime into a screeching halt.
Piccolo can stretch his arms, but he falls out of the ring. Vegeta's arms cannot stretch and he grabs the edge of the ring to stop himself from falling out...
Thank you for putting into words on the complicity of Gohans arc in the series. I love Gohan as a character and its been beyond frustrating to have him not even close to how he was in Z. It also was a pain of the after Frieza "ill train so I can help protect this world and my family" and then just barely anything seen until the Tournament of Power.
Eh, it had it's highs, lows, and LOWEST point. It starts off good, there's the whole mystery about Black and why he looks like Goku but then it meanders around the middle point where Goku, Beerus, and Whis are trying to make sure the Zamasu from their timeline will do the same things his future version did along with Present!Zamasu getting the pieces together to make his wish along with them going back and forth to the future and getting their asses kicked then it starts getting good again once Black and Zamasu fuse and Vegito shows up and if it had ended with Trunks' asspull Spirit Bomb Sword I wouldn't have minded this arc. BUT THEN EPISODE 67 HAPPENED. On the one hand it did make sure both Black and Zamasu's actions had an impact but on the other hand it just made Trunks and Mai have the worst ending imaginable. Yeah, they're now in a timeline similar to their own but the truth is, everyone in that timeline has led radically different lives and they're not really the same people they formed bonds with. They're different people almost. It's honestly why I was hoping Trunks and Mai would stay in the past because at least there they have people they know and have fought alongside. There is SOME KIND of support network.
Videl's arc was the reverse of Chi Chi's. Chi Chi started as a dosile princess who became tough. Videl started as a badass and became a dosile housewife.
I totally agree. What bothered me the a lot in that whole arc is the fact that he was basically on par with Super Buu (fused with Gotenks and Piccolo) and in one episode he's running at him at the end of the episode unscathed THEN IN THE START OF NEXT EPISODE is all scratched up. Dude looks like he got beat up in between episodes off screen.
I agree with all the bad moments that you mentioned but in my opinion one of the worst moments in dragon ball super is Tenshinhan character and how they treat him with their bad writing.
So, I feel like Goku might have had sort of a Flowers for Algernon situation, where the impact to his head as an infant allowed him to grow up more receptive to a non-battle-obsessed lifestyle, even with the introduction of combat and training into his life. Despite some blind spots, he was able to mature in some areas over the course of Z, but for whatever reason, opening the gate for divine energy caused him to regress in those areas. Or it's just bad writing, but if Toriyama wants an out, there it is.
MasakoX have mentioned that the thread has been exhausted already, and that the end of the Future Trunks arc wouldn't be in the list. If that was included, it would be the obvious #1.
For piccolo; I think the reason he couldn't get back in during the universe 6 tournament was because he regenerates, so he wouldn't have the same pin prick mark to prove that the poison dart was used on him. For the tournament of power though, it was completely inexcusable. Not only could he have saved himself with stretchy arms, but he has better hearing than 17; so if 17 could hear that the enemy was tiny, Piccolo should have as well.
Let’s not forget the worst moment of Dragon Ball Super, giving Future Trunks hair blue instead of purple. His hair was purple in the Dragon Ball Z show and the manga and the video games but they want Trunks hair to match Bulma’s hair color which doesn’t makes sense at all. Giving Trunks blue hair is the biggest mistake the creators have ever done.
I wish that instead of Buu falling asleep yet again, he went missing then when Moro arrives it's revealed that the galactic patrol captured buu and had tried to get the Grand Kaioshin out of him for days now while Goku and Vegeta had to deal with Broly and the TOP.
Controversial opinion: I don’t think they should’ve brought Roshi back for the T.o.P. He was fun to see and all but it took away from what could’ve been more interactions with the other characters
DB and even more so, DBZ. Were all just series made for Goku, then later Vegeta to fight increasingly stronger beings. The plot and characters were about as deep as a kiddy pool. But it really does irk me to see the series take an even more dumbed down and simplistic view of everything. Worst yet, no one beyond Goku or Vegeta can have any lasting spotlight.
Hard agree on the Videl point. I hated that mini arc so much based on how much her character was trashed and watered down. Of course she’s grown up and matured, but that doesn’t mean she has to lose her toughness, her drive, or her stubbornness. All that I loved about her in the Buu arc was completely erased right there and then and it was so irritating. Besides, who just blindly follows their significant other like that? I get having trust, but the amount of supposed trust the writers made her have in Gohan did not seem healthy or realistic.
The dumbest thing about Goku forgetting the Mafuba seal (aside from the fact that he already forgot the senzu beans on the 1st trip) was that Supreme Kai and Gowasu were right there. They could’ve just gone back to the main timeline and gotten it instantly. Instead they just added to the uselessness of everyone in the situation
@8:00 , Buu blowing up the arena would have been a complete - and unfair victory for Universe 7. I still think that Buu could have taken the place of a number of others who just had to be put into the ToP.
Likewise... I'm ok with him forgetting his stretchy arms, but when the opponent was found through hearing...and having A17 doing that, instead of the you know...guy with super-hearing? Sigh... :(
Videl is a better wife and mother then Chi Chi could ever hope to be because she doesn't care if Gohan decides to fight and train over his job and she wants Pan to see him as a hero.
True but at the same time she lost every bit of her original personality from Z. At least with Chi-Chi and Bulma they have remnants of their original personalities from both OG Dragon Ball and Z. Hell Videl in GT was still shown to be a skilled fighter and had some spunk. But in Super literally all that's left of Videl from Z is her ability to fly.
Yeah, I mourned Videl (first real anime crush) being relegated to another housewife. Even the Saiyan-god-ritual In this universe merely relegated her to a carrier. Thank God she's an awesome human-level badass in universe nine in DBM. Thanks for acknowledging what a loss that was. I miss the crime-fighting GF tomboy.
"I usually like to be positive about things, but as we all know, Dragonball isn't exactly...perfect." *Cell immediately powers up to Super Saiyan 2* "You take that back."
Goku Black just being another Zamasu that was really disappointing to me especially because coming up with a back story for really isn’t that hard just make it him a version of Goku that didn’t hit his head as a kid much better than him just being a Version of Zamasu that stole Goku’s body
dude dragonball mines show us goku was neve eivl befor he h hti has and broly movie evne prof that so goku not hting has head wood not make him eivl dude
I liked that the manga version of the Black arc was a lot more reasonable about Goku. Not only is Goku the one to think up and use the Mafuba on Zamasu thus making the whole training episode NOT a complete waste of time, but he didn't forget the talisman...he just grabbed the wrong one because he was in a hurry and Roshi left it next to his half-off coupon at the strip club. THAT is how you show Goku being impulsive and not seeing everything through without him seeming like a complete moron. By contrast I think his backstory in the manga was arguably even worse. OR at least he was as a whole. Jiren in the anime at least MOVED, but it felt like in the manga he just stood there for everything. Which I still think is a wasted idea they had about him: Jiren seemed implied to be able to tank any hit so long as he saw it coming because of some super duper martial arts training he had, but if you caught him off guard he could be thrown about with basic attacks. It seemed why Ultra Instinct was so effective, that he couldn't predict the movements and why 17 was able to hurt him twice, once so badly that it brought him to his knees. But then they just dropped it.
What bothers me the most in Super is the fact that you have all these cool characters and they either get wasted or relagatd to the side so Vegeta and Goku (more often Goku) solve the problem. There were some cool pretty cool character interactions and slivers of character moments but the end results often lead to poor or lack luster payoffs. Trunks' Goku Black Arc and Gohan's character alone demonstrate this painfully. Gohanverse does give me my Gohan fix though lol
I think the one thing i hated most in the series was how the humans were handled in the TOP. Krillen had excellent build up and character progression and yet he was knocked out withen 2 minutes and it wasn't anything special like sacrificing himself to save 18 knowing she's ultimately stronger it was the result of him being careless witch i can forgive goku for but not krillen. And then tein was just completely wasted One of the coolest fighters with a unique moveset and abilities that would realistically make him extremely useful in a fight was relegated to a bigger joke than krillen and that infuriated me. Many people will just pass over this thinking "Oh they weren't that useful anyways so who cares" but if your going to go as far as to bring back fighters that haven't ever really been in the spotlight aside from a select few times the very least you can do is show them some sort of respect.
i was actually really glad they ended up using Freeza instead of Buu, because what we see in his match against Basil he didn't fight like DBZ Buu at all, where was all the squashing and stretching? his limb detachment? his magic usage? Buu in DBS fighted just like any other character and didn't do anything that made him so interesting in DBZ most likely to save on the animation budget
I have to disagree with you on a couple things. First, with Buu falling asleep. Sure, I was a little disappointed, but at the same time I never laughed harder with Super. It was such a glorious troll, I just have to love it. Second, Videl being trusting of Gohan was a great moment. It was great seeing a setup like that that deviates from the norm.
A worst list of moments from original DB certainly would be interesting, since unlike its successors there really isn’t a lot that people hate or have issues with.
I read this other manga in which the Nyoibo (what English readers would consider the Power Pole) was used more creatively. The right user could make it change its shape as it was still stretching to hit a dodging opponent, or make it broad like a shield, sharp like a needle, etc. No reason this couldn't fit in the Dragonverse, and we've already seen how creative Gotenks can be... so just give Trunks that enchanted sword and Goten a Nyoibo already! Also, nobody ever said that only Goku or only Saiyans could learn Ultra Instinct. Give it to one of the humans before they get too old for this.
Resurrection F, Goku Black Arc ending, Fake Vegeta and Goku’s rampant idiocy are what drag Super down for me a bit. Also I kinda wish that both the Universal Tournament Arc and TOP arc were they’re own movies and the Moro arc could replace it after Broly.
My worst moments of Super are definitely: -ALL episodes until the Universe 6 Tournament -Magetta -Frost -Buu's uselessness (Including in the TOP and Moro Sagas) -ALL of Copy Vegeta episodes (except Copy Vegeta Blue, that looked kinda lit) -Black Saga ending (obviously) -Universe 2 -Jiren's Backstory (literally Alien Sasuke)
Mine were pretty much the movie parts. Half of universe 6 arc. 2nd half of Goku black saga, top prelims. That’s it with story wise. Characters really just botamo, magetta due to that weakness. Half of uni 2. Future trunks (which is a shame cause when talking about Z trunks he’s god like) the only parts I really liked were some fillers, bits and prices from uni 6 tournament, 1st half of goku black arc and majority of top. Also the broly movie ( easily the best thing super delivered)
I'll say it the whole Manaka thing got annoying as hell. I get his meme status but in the show it was freaking annoying with Goku wanting to fight him at every opportunity he was on screen sometimes multiple times
@@josephinegrant8941 Now that would have been a good and funny twist. But instead they took the Mr Satan route but without any of the charm and humor of him and just have Monaka be nonentity.
What about the baseball episode that really pissed me off Goku knows what baseball is because in dragon ball z he said batter up son to Gohan when they where on the Kai's planet
What if pharmacy shapeshifting wasn't used more in Dbz and what if she trained like goku. What if grand kai was canon and played bigger part of dbz What if zangya was canon and turned good What if videl showed up on master Roshi island around time l games or just few months to a year after cell games
@@cjstrikercbr3013 I think so too, plus I think she be good additional to team. If her base form is on level of ssj and she learned transform and perfect transformation, then she become a powerful ally to a fighters
@7:48 "Had Buu been in the T.O.P. it would've lowered the stakes considerably...even more!" Vados about Jiren: "Jiren possess power that transcends time itself... Yeah, BUU would've been able to seriously lower the stakes for Universe 7 lol
Especially when you consider that buu technically also has the ability, remember the Hyperbolic time chamber with super buu and gotenks? anyone as strong or stronger than ssj3 gotenks/super buu has the ability to do so. Janemba had dimension/reality warping abilities. even if a movie villain it was still impressive. Hell, idk about you, but the fact that ssjb kaioken goku was able to bypass hit's time skip before jiren does not tell you much about how strong he actually is anyways, made even worse when you consider the fact that it means that anyone who is around the same power as universe 7v6 ssjb kaioken goku is able to bypass his time skip, yet that does not make them on par with jiren.
They did Goku so dirty in DBS. Stuff like him following Zamasu around like "PLEASE PLEASE FIGHT ME EVEN JUST A BIT" was the sort of thing that made me wonder if Toryama forgot how to write Goku and tried to remind himself with memes or something.

Gohan and Videl have had the chance to relax and settle over the time between Z and Super, which unfortunately was skipped over, and Videl's early personality seems more of a product of just being Mr Satan's daughter and therefore has to be the next strongest person. She probably took her chance to relax when her father was once again seen as the saviour of Earth.
I want the old Videl back...She was cool.
I think a lot of people can agree with you, but I have a feeling that, sadly, it's never gonna happen...
Jiren: "When the writers gave me a boring backstory, it was because of DRAGONS."
I GET IT!
Videl from Z would have ripped the pictures up and punched him in the face for even insinuating Gohan would cheat on her.
What if Jiren's backstory in the anime was some sort of cover or false truth and the 'evildoer' was actually him unable to controll his power and therefore strived to control and better himself so it would never happen again.
That would've been a good twist
That would have been pretty neat.
Personally nothing beats Buu falling asleep. Ticks me off every damn time.
Which time?
TIME CHAMBER!!!
“The moment when Goku forgot stuff”
You mean like when he forgot what kissing was, despite clearly knowing what it was when he offered a kiss from Bulma to Old Kai?
How they treated Tien.
Tbf Tien hasn't changed since Z. Technically taking out Hermillia (Blanka Sniper) in the ToP was his first significant victory over a threat since Cyborg Tao.
I mean, that's not good, but this is a larger problem of Dragonball.
😭😭😭
I'm so glad he brought up Videl. I miss her personality.
MasakoX: “Dragon Ball isn’t exactly perfect.”
Mr. Perfect Cell: “Excuse you?!”
Piccolo's case was even worse in the manga when he was going against frost and asked goku if he had any chance of winning, the former saying he had none and that he should only try lower frost's stamina for vegeta to finish the job.
I hope that anyone who reads this has a great week and enjoy the vid!

Why thank you
@@Emperor-Z np I like wishing people luck and making sure they are having a good day😁
Finally a nice UA-cam comment
Thank you very much!
Happy! Lucky! Smile! Yay!
Best part of Super was them showing how Beerus and especially Piccolo are the best babysitters ever, because no matter how gruff and grumpy you are, Pan and Bulla are just too danged CUTE.
Caulifla and Kale transforming into SSJ using only they’re back.
Yeah I get it and I hated it too. It was their way of transforming. Whole universe 7 focused on raw emotions
Mauricio Del Barco I’m fine with that but is Super took out SSJ2 Caulifla and SSJ2 Kefla then I would be fine because Caulifla got SSJ2 in the same day she got SSJ
@King of Yosha That was stupid too
They're just gotenks but somehow more annoying.
I feel like the only reason SSJ is getting obtained so easily is because the plot requires it. Dragon Ball has immense power creep.
Goku black was not only erased from the timeline but also this list
_"He wasn't even ON the List!"_
_"YAMCHA was on the List!"_
King Luigi Yamcha: WHY WAS I?!..
Cell: HALF TIME ENTERTAINMENT!!!
Yamcha:... frankly I’m just happy to be included.
One of my least favorite part is that they were too lazy to show us what android 17 family look like
i kinda like it because it opened up a theory that one of his kids is a cell Jr
No one’s gonna mention Chi-Chi’s character in Super anime?
To me, I felt she could’ve been more kindhearted and caring.
Not to mention, her anger moments really put the anime into a screeching halt.
Piccolo can stretch his arms, but he falls out of the ring. Vegeta's arms cannot stretch and he grabs the edge of the ring to stop himself from falling out...
Ginyu: “I’m back!”
Vegeta: “No you’re not.”
Goku Black has transcended lists. It is in its own universe of bad.
I love the arc, but I hate the ending. I like the part with the two Zenos, but everything else just saddened me.
Yeah he was the best villain dragon ball had. He was strong and he wasn't going to get down anyhow with any power up
The Black Goku arc in one word: What?!
@@meganinten0078 The Goku Black Arc In One Sentence: *Sir, This Man Isn't Black*
As we say in South America
"Gohan solo vendio humo"
The Buu saga really damaged Gohan reputation
I totally agree. What bothered me the a lot in that whole arc is the fact that he was basically on par with Super Buu (fused with Gotenks and Piccolo) and in one episode he's running at him at the end of the episode unscathed THEN IN THE START OF NEXT EPISODE is all scratched up. Dude looks like he got beat up in between episodes off screen.
Gohan was only cool till the Cell Arc,
and I guess also a bit in the Tournament of Power!!!
I agree with all the bad moments that you mentioned but in my opinion one of the worst moments in dragon ball super is Tenshinhan character and how they treat him with their bad writing.
That’s not really a moment.
what about cell lol
So, I feel like Goku might have had sort of a Flowers for Algernon situation, where the impact to his head as an infant allowed him to grow up more receptive to a non-battle-obsessed lifestyle, even with the introduction of combat and training into his life. Despite some blind spots, he was able to mature in some areas over the course of Z, but for whatever reason, opening the gate for divine energy caused him to regress in those areas.
Or it's just bad writing, but if Toriyama wants an out, there it is.
Goten and trunks should have matured emotionally since the end of z even if sayans don’t have a growth spurt until 18
I disagree with Number 1, it should be Future Trunks being done dirty. That's the biggest disservice in ALL of Dragonball.
"I wanna gnaw my ears off everytime Gotenks speaks."
AD: *HOLY CHOIR INTENSIFIES*
Let’s not forget the worst moment of Dragon Ball Super, giving Future Trunks hair blue instead of purple. His hair was purple in the Dragon Ball Z show and the manga and the video games but they want Trunks hair to match Bulma’s hair color which doesn’t makes sense at all. Giving Trunks blue hair is the biggest mistake the creators have ever done.
A certain someone could've perfected a few things in this show
Goku being too goofy was his midlife crisis
It’s a shame that super has those moments a lot, it has so much potential.
Most of the resurrection F arc was very uncomfortable for me
I wish that instead of Buu falling asleep yet again, he went missing then when Moro arrives it's revealed that the galactic patrol captured buu and had tried to get the Grand Kaioshin out of him for days now while Goku and Vegeta had to deal with Broly and the TOP.
I haven't even gotten that far watching the series proper and I'm still annoyed by Piccolo's elimination in the ToP
I thought it was funny, but Piccolo deserves better than a comedic elimination doesn't he?
Likewise... I'm ok with him forgetting his stretchy arms, but when the opponent was found through hearing...and having A17 doing that, instead of the you know...guy with super-hearing? Sigh... :(
What if everyone in dragon ball was a gardener
Funny enough, I saw Super Goku as a more direct parallel to Abridged Goku.
Caulifla and Kale transforming into super saiyan for the first time via “a tingly feeling in your back” always makes me mad honestly
Luke Dolan TOEI just forgot the whole concept of the Super Saiyan transformation
"I usually like to be positive about things, but as we all know, Dragonball isn't exactly...perfect."
*Cell immediately powers up to Super Saiyan 2* "You take that back."
*relegated
Good observation
I have to disagree with you on a couple things.
First, with Buu falling asleep. Sure, I was a little disappointed, but at the same time I never laughed harder with Super. It was such a glorious troll, I just have to love it.
Second, Videl being trusting of Gohan was a great moment. It was great seeing a setup like that that deviates from the norm.
A worst list of moments from original DB certainly would be interesting, since unlike its successors there really isn’t a lot that people hate or have issues with.
Where would Moro-Seven-Three rank in the Next Top 10? lol
I think Vegeta getting shafted again after all that hype right before the transformation is worst lol
Lol
I wouldn't have mind it that much if the manga wasn't a once a month thing.
He looks like a full-on fan manga character...
Hi MasakoX! Love your content! Keep up the good work!
Give it to one of the humans before they get too old for this.
jirens back story should have been told over 30 episodes with cut secenes to goku powering up.... the worst thing about super was the pacing
As much as I like super the dumb moments make me very angry more so than in dragon ball Z.
I was just watching you play dragon ball kart 64
Hope you enjoyed it!
My worst moments of Super are definitely:
-ALL episodes until the Universe 6 Tournament
-Magetta
-Frost
-Buu's uselessness (Including in the TOP and Moro Sagas)
-ALL of Copy Vegeta episodes (except Copy Vegeta Blue, that looked kinda lit)
-Black Saga ending (obviously)
-Universe 2
-Jiren's Backstory (literally Alien Sasuke)
Mine were pretty much the movie parts. Half of universe 6 arc. 2nd half of Goku black saga, top prelims. That’s it with story wise. Characters really just botamo, magetta due to that weakness. Half of uni 2. Future trunks (which is a shame cause when talking about Z trunks he’s god like) the only parts I really liked were some fillers, bits and prices from uni 6 tournament, 1st half of goku black arc and majority of top. Also the broly movie ( easily the best thing super delivered)
I feel like Tien should have been up there right next to Piccolo on this list
Honestly, Gohan's regression reminds me of what happened to Superman in Justice League season 1 (if you've seen that)
I'll say it the whole Manaka thing got annoying as hell. I get his meme status but in the show it was freaking annoying with Goku wanting to fight him at every opportunity he was on screen sometimes multiple times
I think it would've been really funny if Monaka secretly trained with Whis and actually became the strongest.
@@josephinegrant8941 Now that would have been a good and funny twist. But instead they took the Mr Satan route but without any of the charm and humor of him and just have Monaka be nonentity.
As many bad moments as there is , I just can’t help but to love Super ; I do hope when Super returns it receives a lot more love and care.

Raditz in a Captain America costume: I understood that reference!
What about the baseball episode that really pissed me off Goku knows what baseball is because in dragon ball z he said batter up son to Gohan when they where on the Kai's planet
Roflmao, I feel this is a list of 11-2 worst Super Moments! #1 Has already received its own special video. XD
What if pharmacy shapeshifting wasn't used more in Dbz and what if she trained like goku.
What if grand kai was canon and played bigger part of dbz
What if zangya was canon and turned good
What if videl showed up on master Roshi island around time l games or just few months to a year after cell games
Yes Please I would love for Zangya to be Canon! 😎👍
@@cjstrikercbr3013 I think so too, plus I think she be good additional to team. If her base form is on level of ssj and she learned transform and perfect transformation, then she become a powerful ally to a fighters
I would prefer to see Zangya get her insides blown up by Bojacks big blast
And if they make a Bojack arc then Gohan should be the mc, maybe give us the new form that he hinted at (ssj4?)
Best moment in the anime for me was episode 95 with Golden Freiza. The Gogeta in the Broly Movie was also the best time
Please do a What if Kamiccolo defeated semi-perfect Cell?
@7:48 "Had Buu been in the T.O.P. it would've lowered the stakes considerably...even more!"
Vados about Jiren: "Jiren possess power that transcends time itself...
Yeah, BUU would've been able to seriously lower the stakes for Universe 7 lol
Especially buus healing ability.
Yes
"Jiren possess power that transcends time itself..." that is still the stupidest line in DBS and the worst momment in the show.
Masako: Dragonball isnt perfect
Cell: Hey don't say that!!
