00:00 Urine physical examination. This includes urine output/ urine volume, urine colours, urine appearance, urine odour, sediment formation of urine, specific gravity of urine, pH of urine/ normal pH of urine.
05:40 Urine Chemical Examination. This includes protein in urine/ albumin in urine, sugar in urine/ glucose in urine, ketone bodies in urine/ kitones in urine, urine bile salts, urine bile pigments, urobilinogen, blood in urine, nitrite in urine, urine bilirubin, urine ascorbic acid.
08:25 microscopic examination of urine / urine microscopy. This includes pus cells in urine normal range/leukocytes in urine, epithelial cells in urine normal range, RBC in urine normal range/ rbc in urine/ blood in urine, casts in urine, crystals in urine, bacteria in urine, and others such as yeast cells, parasites, sperms etc present in urine.
